We loved our night at Ipoh Bali! Easy to find, close to a mall and lots of really good places to eat. Breakfast was really good as well. You won't be disappointed!

The tub did not hold water well, we informed the front dest so they could address the issue.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. hotel with a lot of charm and service was fantastic. Breakfast included and great quality. One of our favourite stays in Malaysia.

Awesome deco. Really feels like you are being transported to Bali. Love the koi fish pond in the room, relaxing and zen. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the food was superb! Nasi ayam bertutu is mouth watering delicious. The spa was amazing, highly recommended.

The cleanliness, location, comfort, and charm of the Ipoh Bali Hotel all made for a lovely stay.

The breakfast was delicious, you can choose a different dish each morning and it's prepared fresh. Any of the Balinese chicken dishes are incredible. The room was very comfortable and there was a bath which was nice. Staff were friendly.

The wifi was really unstable, i had an on and off connection the whole time and my husband couldn't get any wifi on his phone which made it difficult planning our days and ordering taxis. When we raised this to the staff they wasn't much help and we were made to feel it was our phones which were the problem.

Almost everything is good here. The breakfast is good. The candlelight dinner is good. This hotel can be said strategically located.

Firstly, the staff there are very nice and friendly and i feel very welcomed. The vibe there was amazing and you would really feel calm and relaxed there. The room was comfortable and I really had a good time resting there.

I dont like how the toilet is not sound proof as i could hear talking and sound from the other room in from the toilet. Could also hear the sound of water flowing every time someone uses the toilet or flush the toilet. The light in the room was fine but I wish that there would be brighter white light to use so we would have the option on using the yellow light or some white light cuz it would look abit dim sometimes although it makes it really cozy. That would be the same in the toilet where at night the bathtub and shower area is very dark because the only light source was the sunroof and it all depends on the weather on that day.

Staff are extremely persistent about things like room cleaning, knocking, ringing doorbell, ringing phone. There is no “do not disturb”. No driver available to go on a longer drive of surrounding area. I have never had that happen in Asia. There are hundreds of drivers in town who would have loved to do a large fare but can’t book that on Grab and hotel could not arrange. Breakfast was below standard for the cost of the property. Gave meat when order was marked as vegetarian. Did not replace meat with something else for vegetarian — the plate was delivered mostly empty. It’s not obvious from the photos but the walls are polished concrete. Can hear people walking upstairs. Shower opened into a common airspace so hear water running upstairs.
