The location is excellent. It is walking distance to many good food places and the Ipoh heritage trail is also within walking distance. The place is big and comfortable. The host responded and took action quickly with our concerns.

As per some of the reviews, the place has an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It didn't bother us as much as we kept the door to the bathroom closed from the rest of the place. The hair dryer was frustrating as it worked only for 30s before it shut down for a few minutes to cool. The host however brought us a new hair dryer the next day on our complaint. The hot water heater broke down and so we were without hot water for a day but the host quickly addressed the problem.

The apartment space was more than we expected, from the photos it was smaller, I guess it could be an upgrade. Amenities were well provided, and towels provided were more than sufficient.

Smell was emanating from the front toilet and intruded into the front room. The place and furnishing is a bit dated and need an update to keep it current. Ramp going up to the parking is steep and the turns are tight, larger sized vehicles need to be careful.

The size and location

The master bedroom aircon sounded like an airplane coming in for landing and it did not get cold it just moved the air so hard to sleep because of warmth and noise. The “toilet shower” leaked water between the hose and handle made it very slippery on the floor, the soap and shower gel were the same thing. The instructions for the TV is not working after 3in of testing various options we got it going but could not change channels so only first Chinese channel were viewable

Great location with plenty of food options around! Everything you need is within walking distance. Easy to get a grab too. The apartment was spacious and clean. It had everything you needed to make a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and pillows too! No complaints 😃

It is near the city

The parking lot is a bit crowded and small

Large apartment with three double beds and two toilets. Convenience of microwave and fridge and washing machine. Aircon works well.

The toilet in larger room started to smell of sewage on the second day. We had to shut the toilet and open the windows. Because of the smell, I feel a little while unwell after the stay. Even though I was kindly given a late check out of noon, we decided to leave earlier because of the odour. The owner said he will look into the matter.

Location is nearby the eatery area.

The appointment need to refurbish, it is too old and don't seem like the management is taking of the condition of the appointment. Not the best choice.

Only one toilet in the apartment quite no convenience.

Location is great.

Apartment has water seepage marks and moldy spots. One of the rooms had strong damp smells. Mentioned to owner the get these fixed, ruined what could have otherwise be a better rated property. Was disappointed with the quality of this specific unit.

Decent place to stay.. The place was clean. Floor a little sticky but not dirty. The property can be maintained better.. Walls require some repainting.
