The location was convenient. Connected to a large mall where local & western food is available

The internet in Tue room was very very poor. Couldn't connect 80% of the time & when it was connected, the connection was very poor

we stayed at Weil hotel many times before.

I booked and paid for a king size bed premier room but was told it’s fully taken. we were given a twin beds room instead. We are travelling as a couple so we were forced to pay extra to upgrade to a suite so that we can have a king size bed. we felt like being cheated.

The beds were comfortable

Preferred mineral water bottles in room but there weren't except for glass bottled water filled by the hotel

Breakfast was good even we invited our relatives in Ipoh to join in and they all enjoy it. Location is super convenient.

Location, cleanliness size of room

The check-in process was really slow although he was not busy. Staff did not have basic information on hand. For example, did not know what time the bar was open and had to go look it up. Disappointing to find out we can only have a drink at 4 PM as would have been nice to have a drink over lunch while on holiday. The comforter in the bedroom was absolutely terrible. It didn’t look like it had any fluff inside suggest to check and change

Breakfast spread is limited. More grains,cereals and seeds to be included. Natural fresh juices to be given instead of cordial juices.

TERRIBLE WiFi. The Roof was under renovations with no prior notice. They closed the connection to the mall with no indication of what time it will remain open.

Size of room was good.

Dim lighting in the room. Hotel was migrating its check in systems. So it was slow. Front desk did not explain that my room came with club floor benefits. Not well trained.

The bed is comfort.

Their carpet in the corridor, lobby and room are very dirty got stain mark, if can, pls renew it.

Average for short vacation

Great spread for breakfast. Location is fantastic as it is next to Ipoh Parade. I enjoyed the gym's view especially from the treadmill as it is overseing the Titiwangsa Range.

1. Check in was a bit slow when i arrive at 10 pm on Friday evening. 2. No iron & iron board. Called Service but no answer. Tried to call again to set wake up call but again to no avail. So i went down to inform at the reception.

Excellent business hotel in a central location, close to all the good food! The room was very spacious and had a good design - even with 3 people and an extra bed, we still found it very comfortable. Good working facilities both in the room and at the business centre. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was really clean and I like the valet parking especially the bell boy and the staff that take care of the vehicles at the valet parking. Room was clean with some free drinks.

I was given the wrong room that has already been occupied. It was really embarrassing as there were people in the room when I press the door bell. The manager in charge handled it well and my room was upgraded to Concept room.

Hotel location is good. Reception staff, Alex was very pleasant and helpful.
