The suite is spacious and well laid out. It is nice with lots of greenery. I walked to the nearby golf course to admire the trees. The “golden chain” outside the RPGC was in bloom and spectacular.

Housekeeping did a lousy job in tidying up the room. The bed linen was not folded nicely in place - shoddy job.
A light bulb fused in the bathroom was not replaced

The facilities, couldnt get channel, aircond got no remote, no cutlery, no plate, no roasters and no microwave. Only 2 seat sofa. No single sofa as before. The receptionist is not helpful. When we report about the channel tv there is no action taken.

The location not so busy and ample parking. The room and toilet are spacious. The bed is big and the tv is large.
One of the pillow was so smelly, yukkk. The toilet lack ventilation and it smells bad.

Things are abit old and honestly I hated their bathroom / shower. My room also near the main road ( Tigerlane )… so it’s pretty noisy.
The price also abit high for this one.

It is extremely uncomfortable stay. Floor extremely dusty. Bed gap full of DIRT and DUST. No hot water in bathroom.Air con is in front of bed so it is blowing directly to face.

No information about the closing time. We went to have a dip and use the facilities while avoiding the weekend. However, a total surprise, tbe pool and facilities were closec😡

Its not super clean but its clean. The room is spacious and comfortable, lobby is big, the area with a lot of trees. I feel relax and really enjoy the holiday. Feel worth the money.

The staff is friendly and location is superb . I like the design of the hotel . Spacious and really a good place for family living . The TV box is impress me .

Unruly or drunken guests at 3rd floor created disturbance & noise (move furniture around or play golf & etc) since 11.30pm till almost 4am notified the security guard but to no avail. Though not the fault of the hotel hopefully there is a reminder at each guest room the need to be considerate.
