location & cleanliness

very noisy on the 2nd night as a group of ladies was having party after 12am till very late at the lounge which is just put our room & talking very loud & banging on the door on & off

Couldn't see sky or city street from the window because of wooden panels decoration on the facade of hotel building, very little natural light, no wardrobe

awesome vibes highly recommended for Travelers looking for that IT WOW the hotel vibes definitely comfy and the staff was warm and approachable

cleanliness overall was OK but can be better location though was about 20 minutes from the main centre area had some eatery and adjacent to the mall

The decoration is very modern and instagramable. Room is nice. Staff is very helpful and polite.

Everything is reasonable good compared to the price. Value for money.

We stayed in the king suite. Room was big and clean. Amazing friendly staff.

Would suggest to use ear plugs. The rooms are not very sound proof, so not only can u hear ppl outside closing their doors, u can also hear ppl from upstairs at 12am.

the location is in station 18, right next to Aeon mall. the hotel looks new and everything was super clean. the bathroom is big and the room is spacious enough. the wifi is very fast for work & movie. the bed was comfortable as well.

Interior design is nice. friendly receptionist. Near to Aeon mall and many food stall and convenient shop nearby, nice sushi restaurant at ground floor of the hotel.

Room soundproof is bad. A bit dusty. There is another building in construction going on at the back of hotel, so it affect those who want to sleep in the morning and afternoon.

Great location as it was next to the shopping centre Aeon. Though it was a bit further away from the town centre but you can easily call up a taxi or a private car to get into town. My room was upgraded due to a technical fault which was great! Izakaya Japanese restaurant downstairs is a must to try their sushi's! I had a lovely evening meal there. Or you can walk 10 minutes down from the hotel to eat at the local restaurants.

Bath towels are not in a good condition - had holes in them for some reason. Flickering lamp bulb which I turned off the lampshade. Dusty looking bathroom space under the sink.

The Hotel located nearby AEON Mall station 18 and you can find a lot of convenient store around the Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful while check in and check out. Interior design is very nice and make the Hotel looks high class.

Designated parking area cannot populate the visitor capacity and we have to park at public parking area. Unfortunately we got summon by Majlis and it cost us RM 15 . Our toilet got water ponding at floor due to construction defect.
