Clean rooms and very friendly staff

Stayed for 2 nights without hot water. You have to call front desk to request to turn on the heater and it’ll take long time to turn them on. Second day, upon showering hot water was turned off.

The hotel property is very cleaned and hotel staff are very courteous to greet you when guest passed by. They are very helpful when you asked them information and directions abou the hotel,

The moisture damp floor and fridge inside our room of 1508 which leads to our main door and toilet. This is very hazard and prone for accident to your guest.

Except for those at the front desk, all the staff was friendly and accommodating. We find her intimidating and unwelcoming. The hotel is quite accessible and in a good location. It has a modest yet classy vibe, especially in the lobby.

We requested a connecting room, but we were given a room on the same floor instead. When we checked our rooms, we discovered that they were both linked to other rooms. One of the staff members also mentioned that the majority of their rooms are interconnected. We went to the lobby to ask if we could transfer to any of the adjacent rooms, but the staff told us both rooms connected to our room were under maintenance. What a coincidence! It also seems like there were only three rooms occupied on the floor where we stayed, which is why we were wondering why there were no more connected rooms available. Also, when we arrived, the air conditioning in our room was not working. It took 1 hours for them to fix it. Room has a cement smell.

the staffs are amazing! have welcome drinks, I didn’t expect this excellent location, big shopping mall just few steps away! all the restaurants, commercial buildings are nearby! almost you can get everything clean rooms ! best and good value for both business trip or vacation! love it ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
