Pros: - close to Disneyland - Large house - Nice Neighborhood - 2 washers/dryers Cons: - not toddler friendly (lots of sharp corners and glass tables) - Air filters probably need changing (we all woke up with dry/swollen throats) - Furniture is uncomfortable (low to ground, hard to get up from) - First floor bedroom is a waste of space (with large awkward bed frame) - Owner never responded about pool - Pool is freezing without heat

House is nice and clean and in a good neighborhood location near disney land. 2nd time staying at this house and will book again in the future.

Overall, our stay was pretty good. Plenty of room in the house for the 4 of us, and very comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe and no issues with neighbors or noise. Very close to all amenities. A few negative things about our stay: the house was mostly clean, but some of the floors and walls were visibly dirty. The outdoor pool area was also not very clean. Central air did not seem to work in a few of the bedrooms upstairs, however they did provide many fans so we were able to make it work. Last, the pictures of the home and pool are manipulated to make the home and pool appear bigger than they actually are. We were a bit disappointed that the photos were misleading.

The place worked out very well for our family gathering. The accommodations for our wheel chair bound family member was important when finding a place and it didn’t disappoint. Everyone was comfortable. The property manager was very responsive to calls and inquiry about how to heat pool. The bottom of pool does need resurfacing. Overall great place

Thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and the pool. We all swam everyday and enjoyed cooling off after hrs at Disneyland. The house had everything we wanted except no propane for BBQ so we didn’t use the BBQ. I guess the clients before us didn’t fill the tank. Would highly recommend this house. Thanks

Check in was a breeze, property was fantastic it has everything you need to make you feel at home. I recommend getting the pool heated, it is very pricey though and they don't tell you there's a 3 day minimum at $75 a day. That should be included in the description. There isnt a Foosball table anymore but thats ok. The showers come with hygiene products which is nice in case you forget yours. Loaded with towels and linens, plenty of washers and dryers (5)Overall great stay. Will use them again if needed

Real enjoyed the stay, was big enough for all 11 of us. Plenty of bathrooms too. Place was clean and great for what were in town for. Easy to contact property management. We blew a breaker from using 2 microwaves at same time. And they showed up within 10-15 minutes to resolve. Answered questions quickly thru email and text. So appreciative of the ease our stay was. Would book this property again Pool amd spa were great. Thank you.

Good location and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our family vacation.

Overall great place. Lots of room. Be aware though, there is an extra charge to use the spa and to heat the pool. The Ice maker in the fridge is broken as well, buy your own. Oh - and the pictured foosball table isn't there either.

Overall this was a nice home to stay at. The kitchen was fantastic and fully equipped with everything. The house was clean, however could use a more detailed deep cleaning sooner than later. I would recommend this home as a place to stay.

The house was just what we were looking for, conveniently located close to Disneyland.

Our family had a mini vacation together. We are choosing to list the pros and cons for this rental. PROS 1. Located in a quiet neighborhood 2. Ten minutes to Disneyland 3. Has 4 bedrooms with one on the main floor and 3 baths with one on the main floor 4. Dining room seats 8 people comfortable 5. Has a pool and patio area 6. Off street parking CONS 1. Lack of communication from owner with our electrical problem in the kitchen. We contacted them to get the code for the pool heater and didn't get a response until after we didn't need it. 2. There is a garage to park in but the code was not given to us even after we asked. 3. There are two washers and dryers in the garage which was fine but both dryers were full of towels and sheets. There was no place to put them except on top of the dryers. The floor around the machines was very dirty. 4. Safety issues that need to be addressed a.) No handrail to the front door b) No handrail to get in or out of the pool c) Bunk bed needs to be repaired or replaced d) Bed on main floor needs to be replaced. The frame is very hard for some adults to get out of and it takes up a lot of room 5. We reserved this house for 14 days. There was no vacuum, broom, bath cleaning supplies or mop of any king. We had to purchase items for cleaning and took them home. 6. Entrance is nice and large however there is a drop off the dining area and the family room that was not told in the VRBO description. 7. Air conditioner needs to be updated or replaced. The home has a solar system so it should be cool in every room even upstairs. But this didn't happen. We didn't have windows or doors open and it was very warm in the home. There were fans in various rooms, but each fan needs a serious cleaning done or to be replaced. 8. The stairs are open which could be a problem for small children. The eighth step is cracked and could cause someone to fall. 9. There is a lot of storage in the kitchen and dining room area. However, there is so much stuff crammed into each area, we had no place to store food supplies in the kitchen. There are 2 linen closets, but each is crammed with so much stuff we could not put our luggage in them. 10. Towels and linens need to be accessed. Many are very worn and need to be replaced. Setting out a raggy towel in the bathroom for incoming guests was not good. We have more issues but no more space to expain.

Place was very spacious fairly clean May need cleaning under the bed, well stocked kitchen cup board. Quiet safe neighborhood very short distance to Disney and groceries and eateries. Kitchen dishwasher was dirty needs to be cleaned with disinfectant and more cleaning to bathroom floors keeps place more hygienic . thank you over all

We recently stayed at the property for a Disney trip. We had a rather large group, me and my family of 5, my sister and her family of 4, and both of my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything was up to date, and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked. Check in was so easy. The owner truly made it a seamless stay and was easy to communicate with. We loved the outside pool area and we packed floaties for our kids but didn't even need them as she has so many pool accessories available! Overall 10/10 experience at this house!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our hosts were AMAZING! My son forgot to lock the door and our hosts so graciously assisted us remotely so I did not have to worry or stop our activities. Beautiful home, beautiful hosts and an amazing trip! Thank you Lynn!

Loved the roomy house and pool

This house was really great. The layout was nice and it was right down the road from Disneyland which was super convenient. However, the communication with the property manager was not good at all. Sometimes it took weeks to hear back with questions about our upcoming stay.

We had our family of 10 here. Beds were comfortable, pool was warm, Ben took the time to show us how to use the pool and spa and fixed the AC , house had lots of needed things ( like salt and pepper, towels, washer and dryer, cleaning stuff). It was a greats stay.

I will book this for next time again..love the location and the house so beautiful..

Great area easy access

This property is perfect for families. The host is great with answering questions and providing assistance when needed. The property is fully stocked with everything you need as if you were at home!

We had an excellent stay in this home. Being it was Christmas it was important to have 2 living room areas and this house did not disappoint. Location was great. There were a couple of broken things but that is to be expected with wear and tear of house rentals. Overall great experience and would love to come back as I rent homes in the area 3-4 times a year to visit my kids and grandkids.

This beautiful home was exactly as advertised. There are a lot of essentials that you won't need to bring/purchase already on hand so be sure to check it out before any grocery shopping. Very nice neighborhood and great proximity to LAX, beaches, Disney etc. The pool and back patio area is amazing, unfortunately we just didn't have the time to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Owner was very quick to respond to a question I had.

Although the house itself was nice, it was not clean, there was major dust under the beds, the shower curtain upstairs was pink with mold, etc. More than this, when we got there the pool was completely empty and we were informed it was due to an accident from the previous renters. We did not have the pool for 3 of our 5 days Although this was not the owners fault directly, she was unwilling to give us any refunded when we asked for some. Instead she stated that being able to heat up the pool for the last 11/2 day was refund enough. The only reason we needed to heat the pool was because is was filled from a hose and was super cold. Very disappointed!

Let’s start with the Pros The host is responsive and nice Great location especially if you are going to the Disney Parks The neighborhood is quite and there is a park near by if you have little ones Stores near by and lots of places to eat Cons The pool was just cleaned when we got there and although told 2 hours to clear it took more like 24 hours. There were pool noodles and masks still in the pool and pool equipment all scattered around which my sister ended up picking up. There were towels on the floor in the house by freezer, kitchen sink, back door and garage. I would think with the amount charged nightly they could put nice mats down. The cleaning was not the best and lots of left over food items on cabinets and fridge. We ended up going to Target to buy paper towels as there were NONE in the house and Paper plates and plastic wear. Also no counter cleaning spray to cleanup any spills so keep that in mind and pack accordingly. Know the furniture is not what is pictured. Trash cans were completely full and on Saturday night someone came by and brought them out they did not tell us they were coming by and came in to garage and left lights on which is how we knew someone even came in. If you plan on enjoying the pool heating it is a must it was in the 90s and the water was freezing. All and all it served it’s purpose for us but we will look for another place for next time.

Still waiting on my damage deposit of 500. And the host was very sweet. If you have kids its perfect because there are already issues with the property and its all children oriented. The clean up before us was probably non existant . But we loved the house itself !! No complaints for what we paid!

We stayed here with multiple families for a softball tournament. It is a very comfortable house with lots of space. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a perfect location and we loved everything about this property! Super clean, had all the little extras we could ever need like pool toys and kitchen utensils, amazing property and owner! The only issue was the spa was not at all hot. But besides that, can't wait to come back!
