The location was excellent , the shuttle service to Disneyland was great , the bed was comfortable , the shower had great water pressure & plenty of hot water . Breakfast was good .

Great location for Disney! Hotel offers a free shuttle, which we used to get to Disney but we actually walked back in the evening, took no more than 15 minutes. Room was spacious. Comfy bed, albeit small. Breakfast had minimal choice but ok for our needs. Room had coffee machine (which we didn’t actually use), fridge, hairdryer and ironing facilities. There was also on-site laundry facilities that were a bit of a faff to use. Pool seemed nice, although we didn’t have time to use. It is also in the middle of the car park.

We found a few ants around the sink area upon our arrival but didn’t see any more during our stay. Bath filled with water whilst having a shower, so drains appear to be blocked.

Housekeeping was RUDE!!!!! Everything else was ok. We asked for extra towels it was three of us she would ONLY give 2 with hands on her hips. Well ok Miss excuse us.

The youngman in the office explained they were short handed. He asked we be patient and work with him. He told us he could not leave the office. If we came to office he would get them for us he did the female working housekeeping attitude I will always associate with the hotel.

Very handy grab and go breakfast with seating provision to eat within the facility. The croissants and hot sandwiches available to take away and Microwave were great. Lady taking care of breakfast was lovely. Rooms are spacious. Very handy location for disney- we walked there and back several times but did also on one occasion use the shuttle.

The pool was closed which we didn't know about in advance.😪 One of our rooms had VERY little daylight due to position.

the staff was incredibly rude. the hotel was closed when we pulled up, we did have reservations though. the door said to go under to the side DOOR. I saw the service and waited there. the guy looked straight at me an ignored me. I then thought okay maybe I should use the door. The guy YELLS at me to get out. I tell him that we have reservations. He screams WERE CLOSED. And for me to go to the window. I waited again at the window for another 5 mins in which i can see him playing on the computer...he finally comes to the window to check me in again very rudely. Had it not been so late we would have went to another hotel. It was ridiculous. And appalling for the cost of the room I at LEAST expect kindness.

Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Free shuttle and only 3 min drive to Disney. Free breakfast and nice staff.

Some bugs like ants in rooms, not spotless but still clean. Forgot to give us washcloths on the last night.

The family and I had a great stay at Days Inn, and it's pretty close to Disneyland! The staff was awesome and very helpful by storing our bags until check-in time. The cleaning staff were friendly and gave clean towels when needed. Also, it was nice they got us rooms next door to our daughters. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the delicious waffles and good coffee!

The room was nice and clean for the most part, but shower could've been a little cleaner.

Rundown property & room dirty, TV didn't work, room had overbearing smelled of old musk/odor, bugs and draft from door ( person next room was smoking outside our door and the cigarette smoke came into room) parking overcrowded, pool closed, etc...

My daughter and I come to Disneyland often and this is our very first time staying at Days Inn. I am so happy with our stay from the very kind customer service to the cleanliness of our room. I love how much space is in the rooms and how much storage there is in drawers. To have breakfast, parking and shuttle included in our stay is really such a great deal. The shuttle is only offered in the morning in the evening but the walk is only 10 to 15 minutes. I was very impressed how the staff kept everything on the outside clean as well. From making sure that all the outdoor windows were super clean, and then power washing all the pigeon poop off by the rooms!! yes, there a pigeons one tried making his way into our room. Lol. There is also plenty of parking as long as you get there earlier in the day . Also, if you want an amazing view of the fireworks from Disneyland, staying on the second floor in the 200’s is prime view!! I’m super super happy that I found a hotel that we will be sticking with from now on. I can’t wait to stay again towards the end of the year!! Thank you!!

Water pressure in sink was low and shower was strong. Also, if any possible way to add, maybe another option for breakfast that’s more on the vegan side would be awesome. such as a plant based milk, or maybe waffles that don’t have any dairy or eggs in it. thanks!

Parking was a tight squeeze. Room was upstairs, halfway down the hall. Pillows were rock hard!

The staff were really nice. The breakfast was good. The shuttles to disneyland were a huge help, especially with my 2 kids. They take you 30 minutes before disney opens and also bring you back 30 minutes after the park closes. :) You can also see the fireworks from Disneyland in the parking lot! :)

Breakfast was fine. Limited options, but my kids loved the waffles. The staff were super helpful with everything. The shuttle to Disneyland was excellent -- on time, easy to do, friendly driver.

The lights were out over the bathroom mirror and the hairdryer was broken. But staff fixed these. I wish the rug was cleaner -- it wasn't gross, but it didn't feel fresh and clean.

We liked that breakfast was included, the location was a reasonable walk to Disney, the beds were firm and comfortable, the pool was warm and clean and the fireworks were visible every night. The fridge had a good freezer with separate door. Budget friendly and a good restaurant next door.

The bathroom light needed replacement, and breakfast could have had a bit more choice (e.g. yoghurt, peanut butter.and oranges).
