Modern, comfortable, clean

A little small for a family of 4. Needed a microwave and larger fridge.

The staff was courteous and professional at all times. The facility was beautiful and well kept.

Location to Disneyland Toy Story Shuttle Parking Lot. Walked across to the Shuttle. Paid more for included breakfast which was convenient. Accommodating front desk staff. Lobby was decorated with holiday inflatables and Disney which my small child loved.

Some of the breakfast items were not too good (burrito) but most were delicious. A little farther to Disneyland if you don’t use the Disneyland Toy Story Shuttle. Shower only, no bathtub in our room a little harder with small children.

The staff were very kind and helpful , the beds were excellent . The spa was a great temperature and was peaceful in the morning

The food in the morning was not that great , if you have an American palette you wouldn’t notice . The food next door at the bigger Marriott was wonderful .only 2 mins walk

Close to Disneyland shuttles, clean and quiet location.

Bed was clean and comfortable Shower was spacious and easy to use, temperature was easy to adjust TV was large and had easy access to streaming platforms

Kurig machine. Tv/channels good for when taking rests. Pool/hot tub looked good but didn’t have the chance to visit

The checkin. The gentleman was working hard but the female kept saying I’ll be with you in a moment and didn’t assist us or the couple behind us but when a man walked up solo she assisted him and had us all wait for the male employee to check us in? Option when you wanted your room cleaned versus scheduled every second day. Only had one cleaning as the next scheduled daughter sick in the room. Needed to request supplies. Lighting in room extremely poor. No tea, no liquid creamer with the nice kurig machine

Close to Disney and downtown.

The staff was very friendly. The distance to disneyland was decent. Room space was good. It was just okay. Nothing horrible nothing great.

Dirty sheets upon arrival. No one answering at the front desk. Everytime we needed something we had to walk to front desk. I changed the dirty sheets and put on clean sheets. The shower had mold.

The room was clean

Staff was not helpful and quite rude. Told us we would receive a text when our room was ready. Got the text at 10:40 pm.

I love everything about your property, the pool, the restaurant next-door. And the friendly stuff.

The only thing I did not like is that I had to pay for parking if I am staying at the hotel why should I pay for parking? 

Nice clean room and Pool and Hot tub helped with my back before I went to bed!

The location is great as it is away from the streets which makes it quiet.

Parking can sometimes be hard and the spots are narrow

I went with my family 6 members I got 2 rooms included breakfast and we only got $40 for breakfast per room is not much for 4 people on a room specially if at food court they don’t help you much and explain you what you can get for that price. Starbucks items are expensive. And also that we had to pay parking.

Very good option for Disneyland - around 20 minutes' walk away, close to restaurants and shops. Much better value than hotels in park. Room very comfortable.

No tea or kettle - just coffee machine. And the pool was OK but smelled like they use a lot of chemicals in it.
