Nathan is amazing and he looked after our family while we stayed for 5 days. He went above and beyond to make our experience at the Residence Inn top notch and he deserves a pay rise. We will definitely return to The Residence Inn because of Nathan. We came for Disneyland with a family of 7 from NZ. From check-in to check-out we had no problems The parking facilities are close by and you pay $30.00 USD per day which is worth it as you would have to pay for parking at Disneyland anyway Disneyland is a walk away The hotel is close the many shops and the 7 Eleven was handy. The beds were amazing as our family done 3 days of Disneyland so required a good nights rest Breakfast was top notch and my family enjoyed this every morning. The mickey mouse waffles were a hit with the whole family and the options of refills with the beverages The pool was amazing and they even had a jacuzzi for a after a long day at Disneyland was a great massage from the Jets

The staff was all super professional and courteous and helpful. The property and the room was beautifully designed and very clean.

The feedback the I'd offer the property and booking.com for this experience is? 1. Property was unable to accommodate my oversize vehicle. I drove a sprinter van that is over 7' tall and could not park on the property. There were zero spaces available and thankfully the neighbor property Sheraton that has ample room to park allowed me to park over there for free for two days! The manager created a reservation and parking pass and then canceled the reservation and let me keep the parking pass. So I will probably stay there next time just due to no oversize parking. I could have checked instead of assumed a sprinter van wasn't going to be an issue. 2. in the room we stayed in the stove hood did not work, which wasn't so much a problem because I didn't need to cook anything, just wanted to let someone know. 3. One of the lights above and behind one of the headboards was flashing bright randomly first night, I thought it was a smoke detector at first but it was like flash photography in a dark room and disturbed my sleep. Engineers fixed it the next morning so that was great. 4. Water pressure in the shower was horrible, it took forever to shower and wasn't a pleasant experience without adequate water pressure. We noticed once there wasn't even enough hot water at 4pm on Friday to shower. No exhaust fan in the bathroom either. 5. The free breakfast was pretty shabby shabby. It was all a bunch of dense carbohydrates and protein and Taylor totts? Where is the fresh salad bar and fruit bar? I would challenge Marriott to step up the quality of that food and put some actual nutrition out for people to eat. For instance the “butter” was some kind of hydrogenated soybean oil spread gross

Very convenient to Disneyland and clean.

I have booked the accommodation well in advance and requested for at least higher level. It is very disappointing that we were given a room at the ground floor at the end of the property. The costs per night is not what I have expected for the room which was given to us. There are others checked in later than us and was given a room on higher floor and some gifts as well. When I asked why we have not given a gift when we checked in, I was told, they will give our gift when we checked out. The gift was in a small gift bag and they are family of 3, whilst us family of 4. We checked out but never received any gift as mentioned by the gentleman at the front desk.

Spacious & clean room, very close to Disney parks & and a lot of nearby shops & restaurants Got a room upgrade, which made our stay even better !

The location was great. The pool area was lovely.

The fridge was incredibly loud, some of the outlets didn’t work and there was a howling wind under the front door. It was hard to sleep.
