Good location

Cleanliness. Not good. There was no room cleaning, was there for 3 days.

That it was next to the convention center where we had our service. That it had other restaurants.

I didn’t find out that it had other restaurants till we went down to the lobby. I would like a menu or Boucher about the restaurant in the Hotel. Menu would be nice to know what the restaurant offer. It did feel hot in the room even thought we had a lower temperature on the thermostat.

They were very responsive and very personable.

Renovations were being done on the lobby.

The hotel is completely out dated and extremely dirty. Rooms furniture is scratched, dirty and stained, the bathroom is dirty and stained. The hotel looks more like motel and a Hilton

Bed was comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

The hotel was under major renovation, and we were not made aware of this when we made our reservation. We made our reservation through booking.com and feel that they did not make us aware of the major renovation. The lobby and many associated shops and facilities were closed. The facility had a smell of cement and construction dust. Although our room was quiet on the 7th floor, the lobby was extremely noisy with construction work and loud music designed to cover it up. We would not have stayed there if we had known that the construction was in progress. Please be more upfront about these types of issues.

The location

The hotel is run down. It was under construction, but the problems went beyond that. The wall and door paint was peeling. The curtains and carpet were dirty. There was a broken pipe in the check in area jetting water. They charge too much for parking and for the hotel that is in very poor state
