Wish there was a safe in the room

location is good, especially in relation to Disney (since we were NOT traveling with kids). continental breakfast had a nice variety to choose from, and the staff was very kind! we have stayed here several times and generally enjoy it.

very noisy on this visit specifically. we haven’t had this issue when we have stayed previously, so I’m thinking it was the location of the room (back side, bottom floor). we usually stay on the front side of the building, top floor and it is considerably quieter. there’s a street running down the back side of rooms and people like to try and beat the light, we also had a room with a door to the adjoining room and it was VERY easy to hear the people in the next room over (conversations, snoring, etc). this was our third time staying here and this was above and beyond the worst experience when it came to noise levels—if it was my first time staying here, I would not return. if we do decide to return, we will try to request a room that we think will be quieter (again, front side, top floor). we already live in an apartment, so we would prefer to not have to hear our hotel neighbors more than we already hear our apartment neighbors.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Disneyland. The price is reasonable. The Room is very nice and spacious.

The downside is the bed is not comfortable. Metal bed frames squeak whenever you move. The window shade is too bright. I prefer the curtain.

Comfy bed, plenty of lighting, fridge, tabletop areas, clean

Pillows could've been little more denser and shower curtain was too short to keep water from exiting basin.

The location is perfect if you are heading to Disneyland. It is about 1.6 miles away from the property. It is also easy to get Lyft ride to Disneyland. The price is good if you are not trying to spend too much on a hotel. The bedrooms have extra security lock on the inside so even if someone try’s to open the door with the hotel key they can’t get in unless you unlock the lock from the inside. We had an issue with the sink within minutes when we checked in but the hotel staff immediately gave us another room and apologized. The staff there are really nice and will help you anyway they can.

The downside is that no one came to clean our room the entire 3 days we were there. The bathroom shower curtain is about 2 inches away from the shower so when you shower, water spills everywhere. The hotel needs to fix that ASAP. Also, we ran out of tissue paper within minutes after we checked in. There was no hand soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom.We had to buy some basic stuff at the Target store nearby. The Hotel pool and hot tub were freezing cold the whole time.

For my needs, the location was convenient, the room was a good size, clean and friendly, and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Some days the WIFI was on and off.
