The area in which three property is located is very sketchy. We booked for 2 wks and left 1 week early due to many factors. The owner lives in a shed in the back yard. (No privacy) The house only has one entrance/exit. The back door is pad locked. no smoke detectors. it is not a 3 bdr, it is actually a futon in a living area. No pots/pans . we only had 3 towels for 2 weeks and were told we could not get more. There is no private parking , you park in the street in the sketchy neighborhood. The owner was so rude and not willing to accommodate at all. He told us if we were going to critique his house, we needed to go get a 5 star hotel. There was some sort of breaker issue, as the kitchen breaker would flip. The floor getting into the bathroom is breaking. The bed is built on a plywood box with plywood on top. it is not cut to fit and you will hit the heck out of your shen every time.

No heating plates available. Loud AC.

where do I start, owner was rude on the phone when I called for key instructions, rat poop everywhere in cabinets, doors don’t shut, 3 towels that’s it, it’s actually 2 bedrooms with closets one room just had a bed no closet access but in 1 room, no washer dryer, no soap to wash hands, no pots or pans so couldn’t use stove or kitchen but for storage, drawers full of useless rubbish, didn’t even have paper towels, you pretty much have to provide everything in the kitchen to use it, could not tell you if stove worked cause we couldnt use it since there were no pots or pans to cook in

The ac works and so do all three window units.

There were no towels, no soap to wash our hands or the dishes, the doors are hard to shut and we couldn't get the stove to work. The floor has subfloor issues and I think one of the neighbors sells drug. He had a lot of traffic come and go and they didn't but for a minute or two. Then the living room TV decided not to work. We are a family of 5 and they gave us 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper to use for the weekend.

Me my wife and kid loved how close you are to everything the town has to offer literally within 10 mins of whatever you want to do and the neighbors were super nice!

Bed a little uncomfortable but this house was clean and a good deal

It fit my family well it was away from all the sea wall traffic

that the stove didn’t work( reason we got house), second day of our stay was using microwave and it stopped working like a breaker jumped on that end of wall

The property was spacious and cute.

The beds were dated and not comfortable, the plug in the bathroom didn’t work and not having a back door exit was not fire safe. I wish we would’ve had access to the washer and dryer.
