Cozy Home Short Walk to Disneyland

Loved the house.

Check in was easy and convenient. The owner responded quickly with my questions. The bedroom configuration worked perfectly for our family. Having 3 full bathrooms was a plus.

We are a family of 5 adults and 4 kids. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom house was perfect for our family of 9 people. We stayed 3 nights. The house is about 1 mile from Disneyland and we took Lyfts to and from the park.
Angie, the manager, was very responsive. I only had to call her one time about the light in the patio that was not working. She told me that the heavy rains affected the light. The kids played pool in the daytime.
Here are a few things that I would like to call attention to.
1. Patio light above billiard table doesn’t work.
2. The shower in the 2nd bedroom needs a plumber to look at. Sometimes there’s no hot water and other times it was fine. .
3. We know it would be a huge undertaking to have more wall plugs. It was a problem charging our devices as 8 of us had iPads
Or iPhones and there were not enough plugs.
Maybe the owner could have extension cords available and it would take care of the problem.
Here are some positive things.
1. The kitchen was fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, lots of dinnerware, silverware. We left the house early in the morning and got back late. We just had simple food for breakfast and did not cook.
2. The house was very clean. Comfortable beds with extra pillows, towels and blankets.
3. We loved the keyless lock on the front door so we didn’t have to worry about keys for entry.

The house was in a good location. Easy walking distance to Disneyland. There was ample room for our party of 6 adults and two teens. Everyone enjoyed the pool table also. Thanks

The dishwasher needs descaled. Did not release the soap so dishes were not washed properly. Hall bathroom shower does not work properly and sink does not have hot water. Refrigerator filter needs changed. Old food was not cleared out. For the price would have been nice to have stocked coffee. We loved the area and the lemon tree!

We appreciated the opportunity to stay in this comfy home so close to Disney. During our stay, some of our family were even able to walk to the Disney parks! The hosts were always quick to communicate. Our 3 generational family were able to stay comfortably with plenty of privacy for everyone. Thank you for helping us create a wonderful memory for our kids and grandkids.

The property & management worked out great. It was a good location as we needed to travel each day for a softball tourney & was usually 30min or under to each place. We shared this Property with another family & was comfortable. The only suggestion I would make for the property is it needs some comfortable outdoor furniture to sit in. There was basically nothing to sit in and enjoy the backyard.

Outstanding place to stay
The home is very close to Disneyland, so much so that you can skip the fireworks at the park and watch them from the backyard. The house was very clean and well stocked up. Utensils were very g old quality. Ray and the property manager were very responsible and came to checkin on us at arrival. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Great place to stay with great management!
The house was very clean in a quite neighborhood. Easy access to Disneyland and multiple beaches. We could see the fireworks from Disneyland while in the backyard. Would stay here again on a return trip!

Location is good but poor management.
We were happy first time we stayed here couple of years back so came back for rhe second time. Management was very poor. Unclean house, pool and linen, broken dryer and microwave, no vacume cleaner, garrage door was broken when we came. Lade who was in-charge was uncourteous and rude. Did not accept our complain with good spirit. We will never come back again.

Loved the house
The house was a perfect place for our family to relax after long lines at the theme parks. Our grand kids loved the pool - they said it was one of the highlights of their trip. Krystal was great to meet us and take care of everything.

Amazing house & great location!
A very beautiful home that was well stocked with all of the appliances you need for an amazing stay and in a great location within walking distance of several local attractions including Disneyland and the convention center! I love how everything was labeled and well organized to easily find anything you need within the home. The owner and housekeeper were absolute professionals and made all of the arrangements for my friends and I to have a great stay. Thank you.

Great place!
Management handled stay proactively. Place was clean, well stocked, and well laid out. Neighborhood was very homey. Way better than staying in any hotel or condo!

Perfect location & friendly service during our stay
The house was perfect for our stay. My family and I were in Anaheim for business and fun and the house perfectly fit our needs. The property managers were great to work with and went above and beyond during our stay. Thank you again for an enjoyable stay!

Great House / AWESOME Customer Service
I agree with all the positives of the earlier posts. We had a large group (14 adults & 11 children) and actually rented the house next door at the same time since we had such a large group. Both houses were great but the one thing this house had over the other one was AWESOME customer service. Ray was very prompt with email requests and his manager Krystal was there to meet us and go over everything we needed to know. She helped us become familiar with the surrounding area and how to get around. She texted from time to time to make sure our stay was comfortable and had everything we needed. We did ask for another stroller and was on site when we arrived. They customer service was above and beyond what I expected. Couldn’t ask for better. (The other house we got the code to get in and never heard anything until the requested survey after our stay). I would absolutely stay at this house again. Was a great experience.

Thoughtfully remodelled -- nice floor plan.
My family had a great stay at this home. We slept ten comfortably. The pool-table on the patio was a big hit. Disney fireworks were fun to watch through the trees in the back yard (and were very audible.)
The pool was a must for cooling the kids off on hot August days in Anaheim, but the fact that it is above-ground meant that there were no steps for younger children to play on. Adults had to be in the pool and engaged with the kids at all times rather than simply watchful.
In addition, we were hoping to be able to walk to the park from the home, but discovered that it's about a 30 minute walk to the entrance, which we found impractical. Fortunately at the time, Lyft was offering new users a $5/ride discount for their first ten rides. We signed up four in our party as new users and paid $2 per ride to Downtown Disney ($4 with tip). Cab fare, by contrast, was $12 per ride (with tip.)

Well appointed, comfortable and clean!
The house easily accommodated eight adults. All of the appliances and fixtures seemed like upgrades and were in great working order.
Walks to the park were 20+ minutes but we're fine when fresh. We used $5 UBER rides frequently; much better than parking or taxis.
Water pressure was low, but we suspect that's an area phenomenon rather than the house. Allow plenty of time for the hot water to come on in the back baths.
We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience
We found this property to be perfect for our trip to Disneyland! The house was perfect and the short walk to the ART stop was even more perfect. This property had everything we needed and more! Ray was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property and look forward to using it again!

Nice Home
Very pleased with the location and cleanliness of the home. You can see the Disney fireworks from the back porch. Will use again. The one thing it could use is some more kitchen utensils and cookware. Good neighborhood.

Clean, Elegant, Close, and Perfect for big groups
Ray was really accommodating, helpful, and understanding to our party. The house on its surface is quaint and a mirage of what is really inside. The house inside was amazing, had all the amenities one can expect at a hotel suite, but this was much larger and very clean. The rooms are larger than they look in the pictures, the pool temperature was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the appliances for cooking and storing food. This was a pleasant surprise after driving to LA from the Bay Area and could not ask for a better place. I will continue to use this location or work with Ray when I come down for a Disneyland visit. The walk is really on 15 minutes and you can see the fireworks right from the backyard. The pool table kept my group occupied for hours and the wifi helped with work if you need to catch up with during your vacation. I would recommend this location to everyone I know.

The Gathering Place
Ray's place is the perfect gathering place for families and friends. Clean, well-maintained and close to all the action. Enough space for 10 and comfortable for kids and kids at heart. Easy walk to Disneyland although you might too tired to walk back after a full day at the park.

Clean and Comfort House, Great Location
We had a comfortable one-week stay at this very spacious house. Really feel like at home. In many aspects it offers more than we need. Walking distance to Disneyland so we save parking fees. We can even come back to take a nap in the afternoon before heading back to the Park for the rest of the day. Remember the Park opens till midnight. And we got to watch the Disneyland fireworks every night for free even when we were not in the Park. Very satisfied! Will definitely come back and stay again. :)

Great house, very clean, nice layout.
We were attending a trade show in the area and decided to try this out. It was so nice coming back to a "home" after a long day on the trade show floor. The house was very clean, the rooms were nice sized and Ray was really easy to work with. The house has a keypad, which made it very easy for all of us to come and go, without having to worry about keys.
We'll be staying here again next year.
There's a great pool table in the backyard, but we never got the chance to use it.

Gorgeous Home! Will stay again next year
The home is great! Impressive, everything is brand new. The home is well stocked with all essentials to make our vacation comfortable and enjoyable. The walk to Disneyland tram stop is very close. Love it! We can walk back in the afternoon to the house , relax, then come back to the park again till it closes. The owner Ray is very responsive and accommodating, great services. We will definitely recommend this home and come back again next year.
