The location is close to the airport which is why I booked it. A nice restaurant with pub 1-2 min walk down the street and others in the area. Accommodation is simple but nice and comfortable. The staff member I meet was nice and friendly as well.
Depending on what you're looking for the location can be good or bad. It's aways from London but very convenient to the airport. Decent options for entertainment in the area, but you might need to take a taxi or Uber.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I need to warn everyone that I experienced one of the worst hive break-outs of my life due to staying here. Although the accommodation is located near the airport and is convenient for an overnight stopover, the bedding was not cleaned properly. If you have to stay here, please use the towels as a pillow case!

had its on bathroom which was unexpected but not able to use shower
shower was unclean reception was poor no kettle in room told automatic when enquire about it, asked about ordering a taxi was told manager would come to see me later no time given manager didn't come to see me was in another property no one advertised felt unsafe with all male guests and only female wi fi didn't didn't work no one around to help with these issues who spoke English will enough to help me with my enquires

lovely house but very basic, area ok but just a pub up the road to eat.
it was new but still had building materials in the kitchen. coffee, tea etc in the room but no kettle was only told later by another guest that it was in the kitchen and where the kitchen was and that we could use it

Not too far from airport. Liked leaving as soon as possible. Bathroom was in reasonable condition.
No welcome, just take payment. Room had 14 inch tea stained TV which didn't work. No wardrobe, chair or table. Only oversized TV base covered in sugar and dust. All furniture looked as if bought for a couple of pound in second hand shop. Like a student bedsit from the 1980s. Don't use room advised taxi service as they charged twice as much as the taxi black cab we hailed at airport. I know you don't get much for £80 in London but I would not call it a guest house, more of a hostile standard in welcome, cleanliness and facilities. Finally kettle with only one mug supplied and located just above electric extention block an accident waiting to happen. Shocking, owner looking to take maximum money for as little investment as possible. Location location location!

that it’s close to the airport
When I arrived there I knocked on the door and the guy said “only knock once” and was rude and mean. could hear everything even thoe my door and window were shut. bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows. didn’t expect much but honestly thought the room would be bigger then a jail cell. was advertised when I booked “taxis to airport from £12 - £20” but mine cost £40.

Nice place to stay if you are looking for reasonable price and around heathrow airport.. Host is really a nice guy
Could have been best if there were arrangements of tea / milk/ sugar at common kitchen or in room so that one can have a refreshment tea after a troublesome journey
