Room Service food was extremely bad and uninspiring, the eggs from breakfast were not edible, I think they weren't made of real eggs but this ready made concoction. Everything from there room service was not nice.

They went above and beyond, accommodating our child's needs and attending to every request, no matter how small. The room service was nothing short of phenomenal, ensuring every detail was perfect. This unparalleled level of service created an unforgettable and delightful stay, leaving us with cherished memories of our time at Four Seasons Dubai.

Staff were exceptional, quality of food was fantastic, concierge were the best I have ever come across. Mercury lounge, Sea Fu, Hendricks Bar were all best of the best. Breakfast excellent
Pricing of alcohol was ridiculously high
For the first time in my life I had to call security because of a Loud party in the room next door at 3:00am. Security came, told them to be quiet ... which they did, but 15 minutes later it was back to party mode. Not good enough. General Manager came looking for me next morning to apologise - that was exceptional
