The air conditioner in the bed is leaking.

Super convenient location. And the room is super cool which is a plus since it's summer.
Kitchen appliances such as microwave and the stove don't work which makes cooking impossible and we had to eat out almost our entire stay. The Wifi was fast but kept going out for some reason. There were many small cockroaches all over the unit. Communication with the owner was a bit hard in the beginning.

the location was indeed great .. very next to the MOA and sea side...
the room size was probably just 16 sqmtr .. and suffocation .. while i was making the booking it showed 28 sqmtr .. but i am sure it was not to that... and the rent was expensive ..,.
the property needs timely furnishing and repair ... the washing machine outlet was blocked ! and the lights were tripping off every now and then ...

too many cockroaches in the entire unit - even in bedroom and toilet!!!

I booked the room since the address says they are located in tower A but unfortunately we were told to stay in tower B which is very disappointing. The owner is not as responsive to details of the room. I stayed before in tower d and the owner is very kind to update us 2 days before our stay. Which i found it very responsible and informative.

Just about nothing, however the downstairs was nice.
The room did not match the pictures online. There were cockroaches everywhere under the sink. The beds were not as pictured the Internet was not available. The air conditioners did not work except for the one in the living room. That is a big big problem for this apartment. No way would I recommend this apartment to anybody else.

Wasn't cleaned before we arrived. Roaches all over the place. Doors needs to be fixed, aorcon leaks water in the bedroom, nasty smell, moldy bathroom

Anna put me to a different unit. The photos advertise online are different from the actual. No toiletries, no compensation man lang. Poor customer service. Worst stay ever.
