Good location and it has a bar on the roof to get food and drink. Room was spacious and the shower had good pressure and hot/cold water. Worth the stay.

The room has an AC unit, which is good, but it is very noisy. Other than that, all was good

The hotel was in a great location, very convenient to everything in the city. We also really enjoyed breakfast on the roof and the helpful staff at the hotel.

Nach den Fotos bei booking waren wir extrem enttäuscht.. erst wollte man uns ein Zimmer geben mit Fenster, aber das war nur 10x10cm groß. Bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Zwar mit Fenster aber hässlich. Kein Moskitonetz. Extrem hellhörig. Kakerlaken. Frühstück ok oben auf dem Dach. Liegt zentral an einer sehr lauten Straße. Wir waren froh als wir weiter reisen konnten.

Eingang schwer zu finden. Treppen Haus dunkel und so niedrig dass man den Kopf stößt. Nicht einladend

Nice room with AC, good value for money, the location is very good, in the center of the town, close to bus and train station, quiet in the night. Good laundry service.

We had a leak from the window when it started to rain, there was quite a lot of water in the room, but staff helped us very quickly, cleaned it up and sealed the window with towels. There is no mosquito net on the bed. Other than that just the small things like not working handles, bathroom door and shower door, but that's usual Sri Lankan standard I guess 😅

Der geruch im Bad Der Schimmel an der Wand Es hat starch geregnet und durch das hat es einwenig reingeregnet. Als wir es weiterleiteten, hat das Personal das Wasser sofort gereinigt.

La ubicación es genial, pleno centro de Kandy, los chicos que trabajan en el hotel también nos trataron genial. Cama cómoda y baño muy bonito.

Había que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a la habitación.

Listing said it included free laundry. We arrived before 16:00 and inquired . They said not possible since we would only be staying one night. Since we were not in a rush I asked when was check out. They told us that check out was 11 and laundry could not be ready by 12 so not possible.

Mieliśmy karalucha i jaszczurkę w pokoju. Dodatkowo z rana nie bylo cieplej wody.

We had the biggest room in this hotel so we had a lot of space. The bathroom was modern and clean.

1. We booked a room with breakfast included and we could only choose one breakfast - English breakfast which is problematic when you are vegetarian. 2. Our room had a very strange smels. 3. The hotel is close to big street so all the times was loud in the room.

Everything actually, The rooms were very dirty and untidy, and also there is no privacy. Since the room door has cracks and can see the room very easily from outside. Also the toilet is full of bugs and mosquitoes inside the room even, also to he noted that the bed has a very bad smell even the pillows which proves me that they don't wash them on a daily basis.

Staff were very very friendly, location great and was pretty reasonably priced!

We encountered a couple of cockroaches. Although we are not naive when travelling, this can be avoided through better infrastructure. Shower was rarely warm and the toilet flush would struggle to make a tissue disappear.

Good location - close to the lake, Buddha, market and view points. Manager helped organise a private taxi to Ella (although this was a bit more expensive it was easier for convenience to pay the extra)

Doors were very noisy when opening and closing. Toilet is very close to the wall so not much space for knees if you are tall. Bedding felt damp - there’s no extractor fan in the room and it must get humid - it smelled clean though

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Zudem ist das Zimmer modern eingerichtet.

Leider hat der Regen durch die Fensterdichtungen gedrückt und das Zimmer mit literweise Wasser geflutet (ein Wechsel des Zimmers war nicht möglich da ausgebucht). Beim aufwischen des Wassers sind massenweise fremder Haare zutage getreten! Die Vorhänge schimmeln bereits, das ganze Hotel wirkt feucht. Das Bett ist mit 1,80 Länge für Europäer deutlich zu kurz. Sparen Sie sich das Frühstück! Es ist eine abgespeckte Version des regulären Frühstücks für den selben Preis . Zwei Scheiben Toast, Marmelade, ein kleiner Pott ekliger Kaffee und ein kleines Glas Saft und ein komischer Salat. Zum krönenden Abschluss hatten wir eine Kakerlake im Zimmer !

I arrived during a power cut , I contacted the hotel to ask if they had a separate power source such as a generator , he lied and said yes they had full power !!!! When I got there through pitch black streets the hotel was lit with candles , when I said you told me you had power he just replied “ yes but there is a power cut “ at this point I had no option but to stay , the hotel is very poor in all aspects even when the power returned , I reccomend nearby cafe aroma instead

Hele goede locatie midden in en de stad en op loopafstand van het treinstation. Verbazingwekkend mooie badkamer en gewoon een fijne kamer.

Location in the middle of the city.. definitely worth the money and laundry service worked out perfectly!!

The property is very close to the Lake and the temple of the tooth. Its is in fact in the main city. Ranjan the is very helpful, we really like the breakfast that serves very clean and healthy manner. The staff are very nice.

We stayed for one night and it was an awesome experience. The location and the room were 10/10. Comfortable and spacious. The food was amazing. Customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The staff was very nice and friendly, the roof terrace was amazing and it has one of the best kottu in town. The bathroom was good. The air conditioning and wifi worked nice. The sheets looked clean.

The overall look of the room was old and we had a couple of insects around the room (not mosquitoes) that after getting rid of them, we didn't feel "safe" anymore. The fridge had a mold stain.

The room was nice with strong hot water supply. Located in the town center so most of notable places are within a walking distance. Got a rooftop bar with nice view and good vibe.

Must take the stairs to enter the property which's located on 2F. Ones with mobility limitation should consider.

Great location in the center of Kandy. Within walking distance of the Temple of the Tooth Relic. Friendly and helpful receptionist. good breakfast. Near the train & bus station

I booked the room for 4805 rs. But when we were checking out the person at the reception told.it was 5050rs. According to that days exchange rate. But i checked.the rate.that morning . It was not . He took more money from us and didnt even.give a bill.
