Great location for sightseeing, walking the city walls, shops and restaurants

The apartment wasn't as well appointed as I would have expected.with very little storage facilities - no drawers or wardrobes in any of the bedrooms for example. Although very clean it was tired looking including one of the ensuite showers not working properly. Also I don't think you should describe the apartment as having 4 bathrooms when one of those is only a downstairs toilet/cloakroom. We were expecting some traffic noise, however this was far greater than anticipated.

Great location for visiting Chester parking ok apartment was well equipped and rooms spacious and spotless.

Slight problem with one of the ensuite showers, it was stuck on hot so couldn't use it.

The location, cleanliness and staff interaction were all good. It was very good value for money.

The floors and stairs are exceedingly creaky, so not good for moving around at night. There is nowhere to put clothes except a few hangers, so we were scrabbling around in suitcases on the floor. The property felt like it was for maximum people rather than making it more user-friendly. We are 4 elderly but fit ladies and I think the property as it is, was for groups of younger people.

House in general very nice in a good location, Good size house and rooms good size, Well stocked with hand soap and toilet rolls, Towels really good. In a really good location. Dish washer a pleasant addition, Showers good as water was as hot as needed, Oven really good.

Windows shocking kept no road noise at bay particularly at night :( Could not be quiet at night as really noisy floorboards every step made a loud creak, No underlay under carpets. Back door had a big gap, no good during cold times. Would have been nice to have washing machine but not too bad a thing

Close to the town centre everything in there that you need for a couple of days away with friends

double bed in the martini room is not that comfortable but there where plenty of beds to choose from I just chose to stay in there

The location is great right next to the city walls and only 5 min from centre

The creaking Staircase and floorboards and the settees have seen better days one sags significantly in the centre also says parking did not say it is in a payable carpark about £12 per 24hrs

The road outside is noisy so earplugs handy!

property undersold on booking . com — very spacious & oodles of facilities- clean towel & soap on every bed , immaculate throughout & 4 toilets 3 showers & a bath - kitchen fully stocked & 1 min walk from centre of town - really homely house with a relaxed feel - will definitely return many thanks for all hidden team that provided me a home from home for a couple of days - curtesy call on the day to make sure I was safely in and comfortable

The property is in a central location close to all amenities. A short walk to the centre of town.

Excellent facilities, very clean and huge property. Excellent location right by city walls. Five minutes from town, restaurants and bars. Thanks Guys see you again soon.

Only fault was road noise. But the back bedroom made up for that.

Great place to stay for exploring the city. Inside the city walls so very central. Accommodation was clean, well looked after and spacious 👍🏻

Great location. Very good value for spacious accommodation. We were emailed and messaged with all relevant information and even had a phone call. Ideal property if you want to eat and walk in town but all facilities to hand if you wish

All the beds were very narrow single beds, and comfortable, my husband fell out of his bed twice during the night. At about 5.30/6.00 am the radiators came on and intermittently sounded like there was a pneumatic drill in the apartment, each episode lasted about 15 mins.

Room sizes were good, the beds were comfortable. Staff were very efficient, clean rooms, keypad for front door very convenient, multi bathrooms always a bonus

There was lots of noise from the road especially at night. Also no plugs near the mirrors for hairdryer and straighteners.
