Very clean rooms ,looks good very comfy
No one come to clean the room , we asked for toilet rolls and clean towels

We had a great two nights and will be back.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, also the food was excellent and value for money.
Easy access to the city centre via bus or short walk

A warm welcome greeted us. The rooms are part of a pub/bar but located at the far end of the building. Quite busy outside the bedroom window until closing. Great breakfast served promptly. Room good, bathroom good. Tea/Coffee facilities in the room. Could do with better blackout curtaining as plenty of street lights outside. Couldn't fully close the window so a little noisy.

Good food, and good choice, reasonably priced. A popular and busy pub, so not necessarily the p!ace to stay for peaceful evening meals! But food orders were quickly dealt with. Nice bedroom with good shower and plenty of hot water. Small fridge was a bonus for keeping milk and water cold.
Three televisions in bar/dining areas (with subtitles) as well as non-stop music, so nowhere without distractions.

The location is very good. Walk in to town is a good 15 mins. The staff are really pleasant and very helpful. Car parking is available in site. Good variety of food for breakfast and freshly prepared. Also the food available during the day is good value and quality. All areas were very clean.

The staff here are so lovely and helpful!! Greeted by the most friendly welcoming staff after a long drive! Breakfast staff lovely as well and bar staff when we needed to borrow an iron. Location amazing for accessing Chester centre and Hoole.
Room could probably do with a deep clean/touch up of paint, however any negatives were outweighed by the great staff!

Excellent location for both Chester and Liverpool. Train station is a 5 minute walk with trains every 15 mins into Liverpool. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you. Food in restaurant is excellent. We have stayed here several times.

A fantastic place to stay. Bawn Lodge has a popular restaurant and Bar, appears popular with locals. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to some local bars, restaurants and take-aways. Only a 15 to min walk in to Chester although there are regular buses.
