Room was dingy, dimly lit, window with a wall next to it, a 1960's window AC that was noisey.

Location is great near the mall. Breakfast was great for the price of the hotel room.
Wifi terrible. You can’t even connect. The staff was not helpful just enough to do their job.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of major malls and restaurants in the Makati CBD. Breakfast was okay--kinda basic, but tasty and filling. There's parking, too, up front.
The air conditioner wasn't working properly in our reserved room, but they quickly transferred us to an adjacent room--a minor thing that they took care of efficiently.

Breakfast was satisfying, Staff were EXCELLENT, very friendly and courteous! definitely a very good Filipino trait of being hospitable. I highly recommend this boutique hotel a good value for your money, not only for it's location but also for the people who were running it.
A light or TOWER INN sign could have been lit up coming from Chino Roces to EDSA so that it is easier to see from the street. Not only for the front sign, but also from the right side of the hotel sign board. a little bit of lobby music could help too.

Location is great..it's just across The Landmark department store and the Glorietta Malls
Hotel has no hot water so you wiill be taking a COLD shower. Room is dated (old), small and beds were not comfy at all.

The breakfast is limited no choice of other meals. We stayed for 6 days. We kept ordering meals repeatedly. There is no fruits included in the meals though it’s included in the list.
