After we put ‘please clean up room’ sign, maid came change towels and gave 2 bottles for water only, the maid didn’t clean up garbage or clean up bed sheet.

수건만 갈아주는 메이크룸이였기에 그것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

・立地が良く、ハーバービュー側にしたので景色もきれいでした。 ・カフェ＆レストランを併設しており、近くにコンビニもあるなど利便性が良かったです。 ・部屋も清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。

・チェックイン時のフロント対応の手際がイマイチで、混雑していたこともあり、だいぶ待たされました。 ・ドライヤーの風量が弱く、髪を乾かすのに時間がかかりました。

Onvriendelijk personeel en totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Ik verblijf regelmatig in Hongkong maar nooit meer op deze locatie.

Quite old and air condition is not consistent.

We don’t have breakfast included but there are lots of eating place around and cheap. Location very convenient for going anywhere and MTR entrance just next to the building. Lots of shopping and restaurants. We booked a suite however my sister’s regular room was pretty good too, good size for regular rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We didn’t know they clean the room every 3 days but you can request room cleaning by hanging the tag at the door. I guess it more environmental friendly they have kettle and instant coffee just like hotels in Japan.

Location and view is excellent. The housekeeping staff for our first night was very helpful.

-We had to call Housekeeping to pick up the trash and replace used cups/saucers. I understand about not replacing sheets everyday because of the environment. But it’s too lazy of them to not even make an effort to clean the room. - The pull out bed in the King Suite needs to be replaced! The middle part sags badly and my children had very very uncomfortable nights. - It’s a pity because we really used to like staying in this hotel.
