I don’t think it was big enough for being a family room. And it was very cold

Food was excellent and the buffet was continually replenished.

it was chaos getting a table because it was so busy. The breakfast staff seemed flustered and I was moved 3 times. First i was given a very small table set for 1 guest when i stated that there would be 3 of us having breakfast. I was moved to a larger table but when i went up to the buffet, another family were seated by the staff at my table. i was then moved again

Friendly staff, warm welcome and very comfortable beds with excellent shower...very clean overall great location

Me ha encantado todo. Personal, ubicación, desayunos, la limpieza tanto en las habitaciones como en el resto del hotel. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Belfast.

Clean, comfortable, exceptionally professional staff. Breakfast was probably the best, tastiest, freshest and biggest choice I have experienced in ANY hotel. I travel all over the world for work and this breakfast offering was clearly the winner the world over! 10/10

Excellent breakfast, staff very friendly and my little boy loved the “treat” for children which was a nice touch

Pillows were awful. Asked for no feather pillows when booking but 2 feather pillows were in the room when we arrived. One of the foam pillows was completely broken up and split down the middle with a dirty stained pillow case. Phone in room wasn’t working to ring reception or housekeeping so had to use mobile to ring reception and ask for 2 replacement pillows reiterating the NO FEATHERS (we are all asthmatic). The replacement pillows arrived and were feather again. The pillows we were left with were like sleeping on bags of sawdust. Net curtain in the room had stains on it and part of the curtain kept coming off the main rail when we tried to close it. Nobody asked whether we enjoyed our stay or if everything was to our satisfaction on check out. Girl checking us out was quite disinterested compared to the very pleasant guy who checked us in. Bottle of wine that we purchased at the bar was extremely overpriced.

Nice, well laid out hotel, very clean, excellent staff, good central location. Liked having access to a little gym.

The gym equipment has seen better days and the in-house coffee shop is a Starbucks.

The location was close to the city centre. The area was quiet and the atmosphere in the lobby/dining room and bar was warm and welcoming. Our room was cozy, with a window that opened to let in some fresh air at night. The food was great and the kids ate for free as a bonus.

The cost didn’t match the experience. Staff failed to inform us of parking across the street. Poor customer service. The breakfast was greasy & of poor quality.
