Visitez notre belle maison avec piscine parfaitement aménagée pour deux familles. Notre maison est décorée et améliorée par des comptoirs de cuisine en granit, des salles de bains carrelées et des planchers en bois.
Notre maison dispose de quatre chambres avec 3. 5 salles de bains. Il y a deux chambres principales cal-king avec des salles de bains magnifiquement améliorées. Les salles de bains privatives ont des sols en carreaux de travertin, des comptoirs en marbre, des armoires en panneaux personnalisés et des douches personnalisées. Les deux chambres d'enfants ont des lits superposés complets et partagés et partagent la salle de bain du couloir. Trois des quatre chambres ont été rénovées. The home was very well kept but there are to many rules and it makes it very difficult to enjoy your vacation. No activities after 10 pm after a long day you just want to relax and my family couldn’t take a swim or relax in the jacuzzi.

Beautiful property, very well maintained and spotless! We didn’t have time to use the gourmet kitchen much but it was well stocked! Super simple check in and out procedures with very well communicated information from the hosts. Maybe it was the Disney exhaustion, but those were some extremely comfy beds!! Two master bedrooms in a single story home is a big plus!

The property is a 20 minute walk to Disney, which was perfect for us. The end of the day walk back felt long, but that was only because we had spent the day walking around Disney. The property is great, could use some paint to give it a face lift. The alarm on the back door to the pool could be quieter, but this is a requirement. All of the amenities were wonderful, lots to do when having downtime.

The house was beautiful and so was the pool, but my family did not care for all of the rules. It felt like we couldn’t relax because we couldn’t be out after 10pm it before 9am. After a long day of sight seeing it wasn’t relaxing that we couldn’t be outside to relax in the pool or jacuzzi. Also the alarm in the doors to go in the bacon were very annoying. Most of my family couldn’t reach the bypass. Even my mother. So she couldn’t relax outside when the family was gone.

We quite enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well laid out and the pool was wonderful as was the game room.
There were small things we felt could be improved on; fix up some paint in areas, clean just a tad better (we had a cleaning person w/ us so she was likely more critical) and make the pool alarm option if you do not have small children with you. I understand the latter is a liability issue though but that goofy alarm was super annoying. All in all this home worked for our family and we had a wonderful time!!

We stayed for 6 nights. Overall we had a fantastic experience. The house was very clean and the location was perfect, close to Disneyland. Beds/Bedrooms and Bathrooms were very nice, clean and spacious although I think a door hook on the backs of the bathroom doors would've been good for changing and showering as well as a luggage rack in each bedroom closet would have been helpful as well. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, an excellent added bonus. Would recommend for families and those who are visiting the Disney area.

The home could not have been better! All bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and incredibly clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for home cooking as well as a large grill in the backyard.
The temperature for the pool and hot tub was just right after a lot of walking at the Disneyland parks. The home itself was only a short 15 minute walk to Disneyland.
We enjoyed the game room in the garage that included ping pong and a pool table.
Check in/check out and overall communication with the property management team was an absolute A+!
When we return for another Disney adventure, this home will be at the top of our list…thank you!!!

We stayed here from Nor Cal for our son’s Long Beach State University graduation at Angels Stadium. He had to be there at 7:30 in the morning and this house was perfect. We had a great time swimming and using the spa. Everything was perfect! Really loved having the beach towels and the game room was so fun! Only thing is the coffee maker brewed super slow and we kind of wished we had brought along our Keurig machine. The pool door alarms are annoying at first but you get use to them. Thanks for making such a great moment even better!!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house was spacious with plenty of room. The location was convenient and the area was safe and beautiful. One of the highlights was definitely the pool and the hot tub – perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, there was one downside to our otherwise enjoyable experience. The landscapers came in during the early afternoon hours to work on the back yard/pool area, which meant we couldn't use the backyard during that time. The noise was quite disruptive, which also made it difficult to rest/nap inside the house. Coincidentally, it was the only time we had a short break from work to enjoy the house during the day, so the timing was a bit unfortunate. Despite this inconvenience, we still loved our stay and would highly recommend this house to others. The amenities and overall comfort outweighed the minor inconvenience of the landscaping noise. Thanks for hosting us!

The house is great with everything you need. We had 8 people (2 families of four with young adult children). The sleeping arrangements are good and the bunk beds are a good size. The games room provides some additional fun. Walking distance to the parks but would be more difficult with younger children. The city rules are strict with pretty much nothing allowed after 10pm, including the hot tub, so unfortunately after a long day of walking and being on your feet a good soak in the hot tub is not an option. Would definitely recommend.

Stay was good and everything went well. Observations were some areas were in need of an upgrade like the carpet and little bit of an odd smell in the house. Opportunities of improvements were the back yard door alarms were very annoying and I didn’t see a good reason to have them. Not enough bathroom towels. Would of been nice to have a mop for the leaking washing machine.

We had 2 families stay and we had a blast! Perfect house, in a great location. We loved coming back to the house to cook and hang at the pool and hot tub in the evening. The noise ordinance is annoying but it worked out ok, nothing can be done about it. Overall would totally stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our stay! We would stay here again. Our only disappointment was that it is not a half mile walk to Disney, as noted in the listing. We ended up parking in the Mickey & Friends/Pixar Parking garage and taking the tram to the entrance gate. The tram station is a 1.2 mile walk from the house, and the walk to Downtown Disney was longer.

Over all very happy we found this home near Disneyland. It made it that much easier. We were out at Disney till midnight and getting home within minutes was very appreciated. Over all the home was clean with a beautiful backyard and the essentials. Towel, shampoo, kitchen items. Will love better bed n pillows but we can always bring our own pillows. Thank you so much! I was nervous about booking a VRBO as I have never done it but was not disappointed. The house was amazing! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the biggest sectional I have ever seen. We could all sit and visit, watch TV or play one of the family games we found in the closet. All kitchen appliances were upgraded and worked great. The pool, hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table were great entertainment when we weren’t at the park. The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to all things Disney. The alarms on the doors heading to the pool were awesome and even a little funny when the adults forgot to push the override button. Great vacation….we would go this route again!

This trip was a 2019 Christmas gift to our son and his family. We were supposed to go in 2020; and then the world shut down. There was so much anticipation built up and this property met every expectation! The kids (11yr & 14 yrs) LOVED the pool & hot tub and spent as much time as possible in it. The house was in the perfect location for Disneyland and catching an Anaheim Angels ballgame. The house was spotless and the sports fans loved that they were able to catch some of the hockey playoffs/highlights when we got back after our day at Disney & Universal Studios. Communications we had with the owners (which was only once) was handled quickly and courteously! We would highly recommend staying here. LaDonna and her team were excellent and made sure we were well prepared for our stay. My one recommendation would be to have a tea pot for us tea-grannies who MUST have their tea brewed in a proper tea pot. We used a small saucepan that worked in a pinch. ;-)
It was a lovely stay! When it came time to pack up the kids wanted to stay another WEEK!! Maybe next time!

Exactly as pictured. Nice neighborhood. Needs more signage close to the doors regarding the pool alarm. Weird quiet hours; not the same as the city ordinance. Can't use the hot tub after a long day at Disneyland; they don't allow you to be in the back yard after10:00. There are cameras set up to monitor you with threats of phone calls, etc. Overall, very nice!
