Lovely space and bathroom, friendly staff, GREAT location for last minute gap it to waratahs game (light rail stop) and also walking to the beach. Got early check in which was AMAZING

No wifi in my room. I think it was too far away from main part of hotel

Location was perfect as it was only 10 minutes from my daughter's unit. Room service was exceptional as I spent the mornings in my room and got to know your friendly room service team very well and they were always just so obliging.

I was in single Room 311 (an excellent room) and was always concerned about being able to exit my room between 10pm and 6am through the Hotel Lodge as the hotel exit was locked. In the event of a fire in the lodge, I was very concerned about how I would be able to get out of the complex.

Breakfast was not available at the hotel. Had great lunch & dinner menu selections. The indoor patio offered a quiet space for conversations. The location was central to public transportation, shopping centers, restaurants, Catholic Church, etc.

Missing microwave.

The Royal Hotel is in a great location. The pub itself has been renovated and there are great bar and food facilities. The room was small but nicely renovated. Everything was neat and tidy. Some parking is available on site.

The room and bed were quite small for two.

Room was too hot at night, to get it cooler the air con was very loud which equally kept you awake as much as the hot room.

it’s so casual and very layback attitude that’s actually comforting. I had a great night and the staff & security were helpful and professional.

limited car space that’s all, and that can’t be help with the established suburb of Randwick.
