Small bathrooms, limited breakfast option with limited variety repeatedly served the same options, shower was not proper.

The tissue box was empty and only in the bathroom. no tissue box in the room. and also no slippers :(

Tuvimos una estadía perfecta. La ubicación excelente. Muy cerca de la estacion del metro y con muchas opciones para comer y comprar cerca. Cerca de mall de los emiratos. La habitación amplia, limpia e insonora. Buenas cortinas para mantener la habitación oscura. El desayuno excelente, igual que la atención del personal. Siempre atentos. La zona de pileta también muy limpia. Lo más sorprendente es que después del check out nos ofrecieron tener una ducha para viajar cómodos ya que nuestro vuelo salía de noche y las temperaturas son altas.

The overall experience was very good. Staff were polite. The location was also good surrounded by many good restaurants and other facilities. The breakfast was also healthy and tasty.

Hotel położony blisko stacji metra,wokół hotelu jest sporo restauracji i sklepów. W pokoju jest dostępna woda do picia z dystrybutora. Pokój wygodny,codziennie sprzatany. Basen mógłby być trochę większy. Gorąco polecam.

Superb stay! We enjoyed the room and the buffet bfast. Staffs were friendly and helpful, too.

Todo estuvo fenomenal! Buen precio, bien localizado, buena atención, buen desayuno, buena cena, buen lugar para estar sin gastar mucho, tiene todo lo que se necesita cerca. La verdad de lo mejor. Tienes cerca un mall, tienes restaurantes locales, tienes farmacias, renta de carros, la estación cerca, muy seguro el área, la gente muy amable, todo súper limpio Literal bueno, bonito y barato…

Lo único y no estaba en su control era que la estación del estaba en remodelación y tuve que caminar 800 mts hacia la otra estación

Удобное расположение, если работает метро. До моря далеко, но есть прямой автобус, кажется 81й, которй ходит на ночной пляж Kite beach. На крыше есть микро бассейн и несколько лежаков. В номере можно набирать питьевую воду из фильтра. Хороший завтрак. Персонал дал возможность позавтракать перед утренним вылетом на 15 минут раньше начала завтрака. Для работы или делового визита, или осмотра достопримечательностей - неплохо.

Претензии не к гостинице, а к инфраструктуре вокруг - станция метро была не ремонте. Сообщение - автобусамидо другой станци, но они ходили не часто. И вокруг ни 1 деревца или кустика - пустыри, стоянки, дома. Хоть пару пальм посадили бы рядом с отелем.

Staff is incredibly polite. Food is amazing. Outside of the hotel there are markets, restaurants, 24/7 shops, taxis, metro, mosque, mall, everything is super close. Special kudos to receptionist Dee for being very welcoming.

Easy easy to Metro and nice hotel

Hotel front lacks proper area for Taxi drop and pick up. Especially for arriving at hotel for check in with luggage.

Breakfast was excellent really nice food and fantastic selection. The Bar was relaxing and nice for a cool beer at the end of the day.The location too was great a 10 min walk from metro station.Across the road was a supermarket and street cafes and restaurants on same street. Throughout our stay with you all the staff were really helpful,kind and proffesional a credit to your hotel .

I booked a room with a sofa bed and when we arrived it wasnt even set up.We had to set it up ourselves and ask for housekeeping to send covers up.To be honest it was more like a camp bed.Very uncomfortable.

Super amazing place for its price range in an expensive city. The room was huge and extremely clean. Quiet environment for a great sleep. The location was fantastic in terms of being super close to the metro, not near any famous places but Dubai is so spread out so there's always some travelling + the cost of staying in prime location is so high, this was perfect for me to keep on a budget but having great access to transport and great comfort. Breakfast was good, nothing extraordinary but good variety and nice to start the day. Staff was always helpful and nice, lots of good mornings in the breakfast room and helpful with questions at reception. I would definitely recommend.

Je suis arrivée un matin bien avant que ma chambre soit prête, mais j'ai pu laisser mes bagages à la réception et utiliser la salle de bains commune du RDC pour partir me promener pour la journée. Le personnel est éminemment aimable, serviable et réactif et ce, même après le départ, toujours prêt à vous aider, que ce soit au petit-déjeuner, avec le confort/ménage de votre chambre ou à l'accueil. Je n'oublierai jamais leur gentillesse ! Le petit-déjeuner est très diversifié et savoureux, c'est suffisamment rare pour le souligner. La salle est agréable et spacieuse. Ma chambre faisait face au métro aérien et malgré tout elle est très calme. Le lit est d'un confort inouï et la salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle. On entend à peine le bruit des voitures qui circulent au pied de l'immeuble, même s'il est construit sur un rond-point (très curieux d'ailleurs). L'accueil propose kit dentaire, kit de rasage et kit d'entretien pour chaussures, ce qui est très utile quand on est venu en avion avec seulement un bagage cabine. Une fontaine d'eau filtrée est disponible dans la chambre, une bénédiction. Un supermarché avec un choix immense de denrées alimentaires se trouve à 3 min à pied. Dernier point, même si les taxis sont abordables : l'hôtel est à 2 min à pied du métro, station Mashreq, idéale pour se promener dans toute la ville.

La moquette de la chambre est peut-être un peu vieillotte et le débit d'eau manque de puissance dans la douche. Mais ce sont des détails insignifiants au regard de la qualité exceptionnelle de mon séjour !

Bardzo fajny hotel. Czyste pokoje, wygodne łóżko. Bezpłatne kosmetyki bez limitu, kacik kawowy z filtrem do wody w każdym pokoju, codzienna wymiana ręczników. Pyszne i różnorodne śniadania, bardzo dobra kawa z ekspresu. Siłownia otwarta 24h, spory basen na dachu.

Čudovit hotel z izjemnim samopostrežnim zajtrkom. Super lokacija v bližini metroja. Zelo udobna postelja in manjši bazen na razpolago na vrhu strehe. Zelo prijazno osebje in gostoljubno vzdušje ter odlični burgerji. Priporočam.

This hotel is definitely recommended to visit on your leisure trips. Very close to Mashreq metro station, clean property and reasonable rate, if you book in advance. Also, there is a cafeterias and grocery shop right outside(the cafeteria next to Baqala, worth trying). Breakfast was good too. Not a big spread of choices, but you will find all what you need for breakfast. No wastage,well done.
