Beautiful place, quite and the room was spacious and clean. The garden oh wow it's beautiful I am definitely going to visit again with my boo😍😍

The location ain't bed, didn't eat the breakfast
There was a power outage and they refused to plug in a generator even though its there due to some reasons. My battery died and couldn't use goggle maps to reach my destination

A payment was processed from my bank account only to be told the place was fully booked and no guidance as to how I can get my refund.

Location was excellent
To organize candles for load shedding at list cause we have to complain first before they use generator to supplement the light, even if they use Generators you can’t charge your phone they switch off the plugs

The shower was good it always had hot water
The high security walls with electric fence made me feel secured. The back up generator assisted a lot during loadshedding.
The lodge looked dull and neglected,The room was not tidy it had a lot of dust. I ended up cleaning the room myself. The TV had only three channels. I reported the matter, but no one helped me. The bedding and towels are old, and they need to be changed.

I have a small Piekeniese who is always on a leach... they let the big dogs roam around with out a leash and my dog and I got attacked

Was nothing to like....
The showers was dirty with no hot water... Wi-Fi was was poor... 1 fan working in living room... Antz in the sugar... Definitely overpriced establishment...

The room i picked is not the one I was assigned. The bar was not stocked and closed. Restaurant was not opened

4 small teacups and you could only use ,because the others was cracked.
We found the plates in the zink.

I must say the place is beautiful... Staff is friendly and helpful they made our comfortable. Swimming pool was nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay I will go back again.

Wow! what a beautiful place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and very clean. We had a best experience with my boo. We will definitely come back. Oh the pool was nice and clean.

The swimming pool area, the family room and one and two bedroom apartments . Charles was always helpful
The superior room the bed was old and uncomfortable. The two bedroom apartment is self-catering but there was no stove. A beautiful place that needs to be well maintained.

Nothing much honestly.
I think pictures need to be updated.
We booked for a weekend, rooms were not cleaned, didn't have bin in the room, side bed lamps had no globe and we were hearing everything that happening on the other rooms and that was not comforting at all😏.
They had almost 3events on that Saturday I believe they were not suppose to accept us.
Everything was about them we couldn't sit where we wanted due to the events they had.
And the Shower too small and too high

I liked the place but in booking. Com it doesn't specify that you book a cottage or a room I didn't see that option it will be great if you can add it
Mosquitos the rooms need to haveproductd misquitos, the staff has great customer service and you can also renovate the bar area and get a licence.
