the breakfast was fine. the closeness of the flat to the the city centre was great. the7 bus stop was close to the flat. very short journey to and from the ferry. The welcome pack was very generous and good quality. The host landlord was easy to contact and very helpful when contacted

not the best equipped kitchen. Could have had more stirring spoons and teaspoons. two of the sauce pans appeared very elderly. the flooring throughout the flat was shabby. Instructions on how to use the heating would have been helpful. Information on when the bins were to be put out and what bin was for what would have been helpful. instructions on how to use the television would have been helpful. we were both in our 70s and the technology was confusing. the code for the key safe was wrong on the booking.com email, however the host landlord quickly answered our phone call and gave us the code very quickly.

The apartment is clean and comfortable for 4 people. Good neighbourhood. Close to the city centre. Really friendly owner who gave us many recommendations to visit Belfast and its surroundings.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet apartment close to the river, multiple shopping streets, and not too far from the city centre. The host provides excellent communication and provides all the amenities you need. Would definitely recommend.

The house was comfortable and quiet. We had everything that we needed for two families. Host Brian was available during check-in and explained everything. He also allowed us to keep our luggage there after check-out time, which really allowed us some extra time to roam around.

Nothing much. As there was only one bathroom (which is clearly mentioned in the description), need to rush if you have an early morning outing plan. Advise to travelers, if you are using google map, search by street name rather than postcode for this property.
