The Hotel for staying is very good , With Friendly type of staff giving a good service as per our expectations Secondly the Food is very good unto the mark which values for the money toEnjoy every time

Good breakfast (freshly prepared) with excellent coffee. Comfortable single room with attached bathroom, wifi and balcony. The hotel is kept clean. Friendly respectful staff.

Hot shower did not work (not in the evening and not in the morning). It was the main reason I checked out. The hotel is located in a residential area with few restaurant options or a good supermarket within walking distance. I recommend to eat in the hotel as there are no other options with similar price and quality around. Perhaps good if you have your own car as they have a parking facility, but less so if you have to use public transport (boda).

Helhetsopplevelsen med å være her. Stemningen ble ikke den samme. Sprutet også vann i alle retninger når vi dusjet. Personalet var ofte tilstede, men virket litt for alvorlige. Noe som ikke akkurat hjalp på den dårlige stemningen her.

nice place. litte outside from center but therefor quiet and not so expensive. also with boda boda i had no problem to go to the center. had some places in kampala before but would take this anytime i come again. guys at reception are very friendly. with tv, fan, balcony and own bathroom there is everthing you need to relax.

if you get a room in 4th floor you will have fitness-program included ;) but is easy to manage

I like NOTHING about Harts Motel.

Hi Every Potential Guests: Harts Motel is the most gender discriminated place I have never seen. When two of us arrived at midnight on 30th of July 2023, the receptionist forced us to pay another room because two males could not live in the double bed and there was no twins room or family room in Harts Motel. I said there was no agenda requirement in confirmation letter from Booking.com. In addition, there was no agenda requirement in Booking.com when I booked it. The receptionist replied that this was a requirement from Uganda government and the owner of Harts Motel. I argued why you did not mention it in Booking.com and then he responded that Booking.com declined Harts' gender request due to gender discrimination. I asked why Harts Motel did not move your products from Booking.com after that and then the receptionist was in silence. In the end, we were forced to pay another room because the time was quite late and around Harts Motel it was not safe. In the morning we checked out in Harts Motel and checked in another hotel in Kampala. The owner and receptionist in another hotel in Kampala told us that there was no any gender requirement from Uganda policy and they never hearted that any motels or hotels in Kampala required two males or females in the separated bed. When we did the payment for two double rooms, Harts Motel requested extra two USA dollars for Bank transaction fees, but the room fees already included the bank transaction fees. It means Harts Motel double charged bank transaction fees from us. Therefore, it was obvious that Harts Motel wanted to make more money from us with the fucking lies. I had made a formal complaint to Booking.com and had requested to refund the money back. Meanwhile, I requested Booking.com to wipe Harts Motel out. I have travelled over 11 years and have wrote three travel books, but I have never met this kind of fucking motel, never! Please Do NOT STAY IN Harts Motel and LET IT DIE OUT!
