It is the best location in Oaxaca city. The inner courtyard , kitchen, roof, and rooms are beautifully designed with green pottery, tile work, plants. Nightly turn down service was a lovely touch. The staff could not have been nicer. Erica, Ale, Aldo, and everyone.

We LOVED everything about this place, the staff, especially Alejandra. She was exceptional. We wish we would have stayed longer. Such attention to detail leaves you wanting more. I can’t wait to come back. Grana is close to everything. It is so beautiful. Don’t miss the terrace.

ambience and friendly staff

Beautiful heritage building, stylish interior design, very nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location.

Staying at Grana was such a great experience, I went for a quick work trip, and when I initially booked it, I booked it based off location. So it was such a pleasant surprise when I arrived. The property is beautiful, charming, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing. The room was bigger than I imagined, it had it's own kitchen, living room, and big bathroom. The AC in the room was very much appreciated as it was very hot. I really enjoyed having 24 hour security and staff that always opened the door for you, I felt extremely safe! The staff was always super nice, kind, and attentive, special shout out to Ale from the front desk who helped me with any questions I had and helped arranged my airport pickup. Also, the breakfast was delicious! You choose your main breakfast the night before, and then in the morning you go and help yourself to the buffet of fresh fruit, bread, toast, pastries, yogurt, granola, juice, espresso machine, fresh coffee. You sit down, and they bring out the fresh breakfast you had ordered the night before, and also offer you fresh hot chocolate or cafe de olla. They even offered yoga classes on the roof. The roof was gorgeous too! I will be staying here again, can't recommend it enough.

Whilst Grana is incredibly beautiful and well styled and is in a super convenient location. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. The courtyard and roof are very nice.

The reception staff unfortunately left a lot to be desired - they were abrupt and when you asked a question or for assistance, it felt like you were really putting them out. The downstairs rooms are quite small and dark which was unfortunate.

good location in the old building. the whole atmosphere is nicer feels discreet. the room for breakfast is beautiful.

the room is not quite new, also noisy in the morning when the guests having breakfast in the courtyard.

We loved the decor of our room and the huge bed. The shower was amazing and had great pressure. The best thing about this B&B is the staff, who go above and beyond in helping you. They were amazing with sharing recommendations for in and around Oaxaca even before we arrived. It is also the perfect location for exploring Oaxaca on foot. The breakfasts are also some of the best we have had in Mexico - we loved having dishes fresh from the comal in the kitchen in the morning. The courtyard and roof terrace are also beautiful with lots of local cacti and plants. Thank you Grana!

Such a gorgeous property! Beautiful courtyard with plants everywhere, stunning kitchen and the room itself was big and beautiful with an amazing bathtub and windows facing the street which were always full of action to watch from the room. Good A/C, nice staff.

The breakfast was ok. Better than American breakfast but not as good as other places. We wanted to access the rooftop but we weren't allowed at night :-/

Everything about this location was perfect. The food and the staff are incredible. It is in the best location. We stayed at a more expensive place earlier in the week and wish we didn't. If this place is available, book it. The design is beautiful.

There was nothing to not like about this place. It was perfect.

This property is a hidden gem, no pictures could do justice. Charming, staff is beyond attentive, friendly, and helpful. We didn’t want to leave.
