The view was spectacular, able to have a private walk way down to the beach was great. Beds were comfortable and clean.

It was very hot in the summer, the air conditioning didn't work, the main unit outside required maintenance. So really uncomfortable sleep. The lockbox also need to have a look at, it sticked often. Generally needs a bit more maintenance.

The location and space available was great. The property itself is beautiful and has very beautiful views. The property is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary appliances. It has a clos3 proximity to Onetangi and the obsidian and Casita miro.

Only very minor issues so on the first night of our stay it was very windy. And there was a dull howling sound coming from the roof, im not sure if it is the sound of the wind passing through a vent. Also another minor was if there could be a small sign to indicate the property as if you are coming from the left of the property you can easily drive past the driveway. And had the car following me not slowed down there may have been a small fender bender. But the other than those very minor issues it was a very beautiful property.

The views were simply amazing and we loved our stay. The property was well located with all the local attractions and wineries only a short drive away. We absolutely loved our time away and could not fault the house or booking/check in process.

The private walking track to the beach was a bit overgrown in places.
