Historic Tudor + Walk to Downtown - Dozier
Située dans le quartier très prisé de Judges Hill, cette maison historique a été entièrement rénovée et se trouve à moins de 800 mètres du cœur du centre-ville, à quelques pas seulement des meilleurs restaurants, bars, galeries d'art et discothèques. dans la ville! La maison dispose de 4 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains + un incroyable loft au 3ème étage, pouvant accueillir un total de 10 personnes. Disponible à la location par le biais du club des locataires. La maison est équipée d'un mobilier haut de gamme, d'électroménagers haut de gamme et de plusieurs ponts avec vue sur le centre-ville! Cette maison est absolument magnifique!

A group of 4 colleagues stayed at the house during SXSW. The location was perfect and the house is well furnished and equipped. would recommend it wholeheartedly.
AND the responsiveness of the property manager is phenomenal.

Historic renovated house and furnishings were great. Central location for downtown Austin is perfect. Hot water consistency issues in the kitchen and bedroom hopefully have been corrected. Outdoor furniture cushion was ripped. Great view of the Capital. Location next to busy 15th Street makes evenings in the master bedroom noisy but tolerable with Airpods and white noise.

We stayed at the Dozier property end of Jan 2024. The property was a nice location and house. However we had NO water pressure x4 days. There was a effort by a plumber to rectify the situation however this made matters worse and then we had no hot water or pressure. I had to get a gym membership for the week to have a shower. There was poor communication from Renters Club and the owner did not rectify our situation. Would stay FAR away from this company and property. DO NOT STAY HERE

This house was incredible! Lots of common space to hang out, a gorgeous and issuable kitchen and lots of bedrooms/sleeping areas.

Great house! Everything was top of the line! We had 7 women and the accommodation were perfect! Only negative was there were no small spoons.

Things we loved: location (close to live music, good restaurants, the Capitol, UT, etc.), ample off-street parking, generously sized and comfortable common spaces and bedrooms, historic home is as pictured, fully stocked kitchen, nice outdoor spaces with Capitol views, prompt and thorough communication with property manager(s). One nitpick: the primary master suite has ample windows (yay! light!), but since they’re all single pane, it was quite loud in that bedroom. The house sits close to West 15th Street which, while convenient, is a busy road with considerable traffic ... and its associated noise. If you are a light sleeper, consider bunking in one of the other rooms.

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. The Dozier house is beautifully updated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The conversation areas are conducive to a group setting. The views of the Capitol are spectacular. It’s close to campus and downtown.
We have stayed At numerous properties in ATX, and this one was definitely one of the best.

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was beautiful and clean. It had so much character. The neighborhood was beautiful and we all felt very safe. The location was great. We were never far from where we were trying to go. The kitchen was stocked well! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed here for a work conference. It was more room than we needed but we enjoyed the house very much. The location was perfect. We felt like we were 5 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. The house was immaculately clean and very comfortable. If we are ever in the Austin area, we would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay! The house was amazing and the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was plenty of space for 12 people and a great location for everything we did. Communicating with Renters club during our stay was very easy and they were very helpful for all of us being from out of town! Would definitely recommend and go back in the future!

The house was much more than we expected! EXTRA rooms, mini-apartment on the third floor. It worked perfect for our 3 daughters and spouses plus 2 grandchildren! The charm of an older home, with the bathrooms and kitchen updated.

Property was spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures, plenty of space for our group of 8 and perfect location for easy access to downtown. Only minor complaint would be the water pressure could've been better in some of the sinks and showers but would definitely stay here again!

The house is clean and gorgeously furnished. We comfortably fit 12 girls in the house. The host provides plenty of towels for everyone and makes sure the beds are all set for the guests. The local property manager was very responsive to texts when we had questions. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would 100% go back. Still can’t believe we were able to book such a high quality, convenient home for such a reasonable price!

I truly never write reviews but this house may be the first house that exceeded my expectations and the listing! This home is beautifully restored and decorated and EVERY bed was comfortable! Beautiful views of downtown from every room. Every necessary detail was covered and the communication with the property manager was excellent. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Austin.

This home was perfect for our large group. It offered plenty of space, comfortable beds, and beautiful bathrooms. It seems even larger and more spacious than the listing shows. Would stay here again!

Awesome house for our Guys weekend in Austin
Austin was a great place to visit and this house made it even better. Nice outdoor sitting area, great kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out rest when needed. The house was centrally located within Austin and only a short scooter / Uber ride to Rainey and 6th Street. It was above and beyond our expectations. Thanks again to Deanna and the team for reaching out and making sure we had everything we needed.

Great space and a beautiful home. We cooked most meals and would only suggest stocking cooking supplies for those that want to enjoy the beautiful amenities of the kitchen and lovely dining room.

Great spot for business retreat
We had 8 people gather in person for a 2 1/2 day workshop, with another 8 people joining vitually. Place was perfect, with plenty of internet bandwidth and a great TV that we could hook up to our video participants. Kitchen was equipped for cooking meals there, and great restaurants are nearby and easy to access. Will definitely do this again!

Beautiful Home!
I stay at a ton of different places and this is one of my favorites! The location is amazing and 5 minutes from everything we wanted to do. As an Artist I absolutely loved seeing all the beautiful art hanging in this house. The decor is all beautiful and the beds were super comfy. The property manager was so wonderful to work with! We will definitely stay here again!
