Nice design.

Staff could not speak much English, and not as well trained with younger staff that do not appear experienced enough.

感谢酒店前台的Mona在办理入住时候的热情服务，看我晚上比较晚到达，很疲惫的样子，送给我们的果盘，然后欢迎酒水，房间的卫生打扫得很干净，保洁阿姨也很有礼貌，酒店的早餐也很有广东特色，酒店楼下D口深大站可以直接上到酒店46楼

WiFi was a bit intimmitent

The room had a beautiful view, the location is very central. The hotel's lobby is nice and with a great city view. Breakfast is great with lots of options. Shower is good, bathtub is excellent, bed is comfortable. The concierges were really nice helping me with getting a car and other issues.

For the second time staying there, the staff couldn't find my reservation, so it took time to checkin and 3 people to be able to get my checkin done. The staff barely speaks any English, which isn't ideal for a Crowne Plaza hotel level. The room was a bit dusty, especially the windows, it could have been better cleaned. The AC didn't get too cold, even though I changed the temperature.

The hotel is new, well kept, the room size and facilities are great. The bathtub and the view are superb. Easy checkin and checkout, breakfast is good with both asian and western options.

Room service, despite being listed as to be normal, was not working late at night. Near the curtains there is some dust smell, which should be cleaned.

Beautiful, modern hotel rooms, hotel feels clean and new with marble everywhere and sparkling bathrooms. The location is fantastic, it's close to OCT and Nantou Ancient City, as well as the tech areas. We got upgraded to the corner suite which had panoramic views of the city - wow! You also get a free welcome drink when you arrive! Gym and pool have an amazing view of the city.

The pool was a little bit cold, but the fact that it is on the top floor with a panoramic city view made up for it. The hotel bar wasn't anything special (it's a lobby bar) but the location of the hotel means you have a ton of great options nearby. The layout of our room meant you had to go through the bathroom to exit/enter the room which can be awkward if someone's using it. Pretty minor though.

Perfectly located in a clean modern building.

Transfer elevator from lobby to sky lobby and then to room makes the procedure to get to your room longer than necessary.
