Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location.

Wasn't able to login to WiFi even after confirming information with front desk person. Breakfast could be better.

We were unable to get room closer to elevator- even though it was requested, for handicapped husband .

You pay $0.01 a night for granolas and yogurt, spotted oranges and decaf coffee.

Hotel staff at front desk were very rude and did not want to honor our reservation for two queens and a sofa room. On booking.com it states that there is a sofa. We have 4 kids and specifically booked a room that could sleep 6. Upon arrival there was no sofa and I was told there are two sitting chairs in the room. When you go to a furniture store and buy a couch, is it okay to get two chairs instead? 🤔 I showed them the information for my reservation and they kept insisting it was for another property when it clearly says Premier Chandler. When they couldn’t dismiss me because I was persistent, they told me it wasn’t their fault it was corporate or booking.com. I don’t know why it lists a couch in the room but it definitely isn’t MY PROBLEM. We drove 9 hours to arrive to a room where 6 people were supposed to squeeze into two queen sized beds. The hotel staff laughed at me while on the phone with the manager because I wanted corporates number and their names. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Then they said they were going to give me another room but I couldn’t ever get that room because every day/night no one was at the front desk. There was also hair everywhere.

The manager stated that I left stains in the linen … in front of other customers . I asked was it hair dye ? I was confused but it was a bit embarrassing. Please address customers alone in regards to those issues .

The staff was the most supportive I have ever encountered. My husband was in the hospital close by and our little dog was with me. It was a perfect location but more importantly perfect staff who understood our difficulties. The room was perfect and if I needed anything, it was available.

The staff was wonderful! Cant say enough about them! Great for dogs too.

'Healthy breakfast' was not that. Only old oranges, coffee, small, dry packaged muffins, pkg oatmeal, and very small (2 oz?) yogurt. Bring your own is better and ask for bowl, toaster, etc.
