L’emplacement est très agréable on reste pas loin du centre en métro mais en étant dans un quartier calme et très joli. L’appartement est spacieux, joliment aménagé, on s’y sent bien. L’hôte, Sole, est très sympathique.
Malheureusement on entendait tous les pas des voisins du dessus ce qui nous a réveillé tous les matins. A noter aussi qu’il y a pas mal de lumière même avec les volets. Il pourrait y avoir un tout petit peu plus d’équipements (pas de passoire dans la cuisine par exemple)

Inadequate drinking glasses. Couldn’t open the windows for fresh air. Washing machine leaked as it was badly plumbed in. Told the agent.

Beautiful apartment. I even jokingly asked the host if it's for sale lol. Two blocks from Harrods and the Knightsbridge tube. Has got everything you'll need for a few days stay.
There's no lift so will have to walk up a few flights of stairs but I was already aware of this when booking.

Our hostess went out of her way to meet us early so we could check in early and drop our bags. We really appreciated all of her hospitality and help! Wonderful hostess and amazing location!

location was great, very good and central neighborhood to see all of London
Although it was a very nice and clean appartement, it could have been more personal by having more facilities available. for example there was a Nespresso machine, which is really nice, but no Nespresso cups.
for the price we paid I think it is these extra’s that we were kind of expecting.

very comfortable flat with well equipped kitchen in an excellent location . Our host Sole was very helpful when we arrived to show us the lay out of our accommodation. Highly recommend this flat !

The 4 flights of stairs was a bit of a shock, tough going for a 73 year old with 2 X 20kg+ suitcases. some instructions for washer/dryer would have been nice and the exhaust fan in bathroom needs a clean

The apartment is in an excellent location. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Sole was a good communicator and very accommodating with our late arrival.
The shower is quite frustrating. The hot/cold tap doesn’t work well. Water temperature was very variable. Couldn’t sit up bed as the bed would roll away from the wall. Wheels on bed need securing. Floor was rather dusty, couldn’t walk around in bare feet as dust would stick to your feet. Windows didn’t work very well, they would not stay up when opening.

Beautiful Neighborhood, very close to hyde park.
10 minutes walk from Knightsbridge tube and 1 minute walk from bus line 14 that reach all the tourists place.
The apartment is very clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and nothing was missing. Sole is very nice and available for every question. self checkout.
For us it wasn’t that bad, but for those with baggage there is no elevator and the stairs are not very wide.
