チェックイン時に給湯器？の故障で入浴時にお湯が出ないという最悪な客室状態について何の説明もなく、チェックアウト時にも謝罪も一切なし。wifi がとにかくブツブツ切れて使えない。朝食会場にエアコンがついておらず、窓やら全面開放のため、暑いしハエが飛んで衛生面が気になった。致命的なのはチェックアウト時にクレジットカードを使うと10%の手数料を取られること。帰りのダナンまでの送迎料金をgrabより少し安い料金提示をしたので頼むと、宿泊費、往復送迎費全てトータルの金額に10%を追加して請求され、結果grabより高くついただけでなく、帰りのドライバーからはチップまで要求される羽目に。あと、初日はエアコンがほとんど効かず18℃の最低温度にしても部屋は暑いまま。なのに外出時は鍵を抜かなくてはいけないので部屋の電気は即座に止まり外出から戻ると暑すぎるので、なかなか外出する気になれない。

Really liked the staff, location and the pool! Was a good distance away from the centre for it to be quieter. Everything was a walk away and felt like a very safe and accessible area of Hoi An! The host helped organise tours and an airport drop-off for me seamlessly. I also managed to stay an extra night than planned too. The staff made this a great place to stay, they really cared and took the time to remember my name and check on me throughout my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like! It would have been great to see a few more vegetarian-friendly options on the breakfast menu/vegetarian signs. Also, it was an older building and could have done with some extra care/upgrades but I still was very comfortable here and was very clean. I just strugged to lock the door a couple of times.

Increible! Todo un acierto alojarnos en este hotel. Al lado del Old Quarter pero sin el ruido y el agobio de tanta gente. La habitación una pasada, muy espaciosa, limpia y súper equipada. La cama comodísima y gigante.Todo funcionaba genial. La piscina limpia y súper agradable, muy recomendable para poder huir de las horas centrales del día que el calor es insoportable. Y el personal súper atento y nos ha ayudado en todo. Las recepcionistas Thi y Ann unos amores de persona. Pedimos alquilar una moto y a los 5 minutos teníamos la que quisimos.Y el desayuno muy abundante,variado y rico.Los cocineros Anh y Khiem lo hacen de maravilla.

the hotel was really fantastic, the staff are so welcoming and warm, with so much helpful information. the beds were lovely and big and very comfortable, slept very well, quiet location with excellent food on street too, the breakfast was plentiful of choice too, a perfect hotel in Hoi An! ...the hotel also provide bike hire to cycle to the beach ..a must do!! thanks to all the staff for a top time!! 🥰

In November 2023,, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at TNT Villa in Hoi An. The room provided to us was spotless, reflecting the high standards of cleanliness. The pool is an absolute highlight of the accommodation. The service was excellent, with a notable mention to Thi, whose friendliness and flexibility made our stay exceptionally pleasant. TNT Villa is highly recommended as a starting point for any tours in the area. Their service and the quality of accommodation are sure to impress any traveler.

It has a great location with only a small walk from the hotel to the old town. The staff were very nice and gave a great introduction to the city when we arrived. The room was nice and clean, as was the pool.
