The property itself was clean though the lift was broken and we were not even informed about it ! I was travelling with my older parents and had quite a few bags due to self catering requirements and had to carry all of these across 3 flights of stairs - very uncomfortable

Lift was broken and the keys to the apartment were confusing with too many similar keys with no reception at the place and no one to help

The apartment complex was a bit grim but was pleasantly surprised with the apartment!

It was clean and very Central to where we needed to be. We had a few issues but the staff came and sorted it for us.

Location: close to city center, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Apartment was spacious, enough for 5 adults and a child. It had 2 bathrooms with toilets so very convenient. Staff were quick to respond to emails.

1. The doors in the hallways make a lot of noise, you can hear it even in the furthest place inside the apartment. 2. The fact that we checked in with 5 adults and 1 child, but the staff only had travel sized toiletries for 2 persons. 3. The sheets in the room at the back with the bathroom had old, stained sheets and towels which should have been binned instead of still used. 4. The mold, musty smell in the bathroom, the dust covering the ventilation in the bathroom.

Serious lack of towels considering it's supposed to sleep 6 people. Location wasn't the greatest.

The apartment was very dirty. The crockery and cutlery not clean. Floor and skirting dirty. Couch and cushions in lounge smelled awful. The windows were covered in bird poo. The corridor was extremely smelly and carpet soaking in areas . Bathroom shower screen grotty. Towels thin. Was very overpriced. Only good thing was location. Central to all attractions.

The location was really good. It was clean and comfortable.

1. The bed situation was not as specified in our order------ a bedroom with two separate beds plus a single bed in a different room. We were actually given two double /king beds in two rooms, requiring two of us (mid-seventies sisters , luckily) to share a bed. 2.The door-lock was extremely difficult to open from the inside, leaving us fearful of being locked in. Closing it required a forceful bang and some manipulation of the lock. 3. There was no access to normal television channels like BBC or UTV and no written list of stations or instructions as to how to find them. 4. A grab-rail and bath mat in the bath/shower would have made it safer. 5. Several light bulbs were not working ---in need of replacement. 6.No instructions on how to get heating to the radiators. A torch is needed beside the water heater. 7.Toiletries supplied were very very limited for three people for three days!

Perfect location to anywhere in Belfast. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed - including tayto cheese & onion crisps!!

The cleanliness could have been improved I some places. The biggest difficulty was finding the entrance to the underground car park - very poor instructions on how to find it. Also the lock box for the keys was lying open when we went to get the keys.

Was cheap enough and had free parking. Was also spacious.

No Internet, tv, tumble tryer. Sofa was filthy. Location was t great without a car

the property was dirty. the boiler was broken. mould on walls. it shouldn’t be available to rent. unable to contact anyone from check in to 9am the following day. cold.
