Perfect location for us. House was lovely and able to park right out the front. Beds were comfortable and house had everything we needed with a shop just around the corner aswell.

Walls were pretty thin and I was very conscious of the children who are used to countryside living making too much noise

Shower not great if hot had no power. Linen on beds does need updating.

The cleanliness & communication from the owner

Nothing really just in some places it was getting a little tired like the inside handle of the porch door needs repairing, needs a touch up in kitchen & better pillows in back bedroom

The location

The house itself was beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We had a brief problem with the heating which was rectified within minutes.

There was nothing to not like.

Hosts were amazing! After booking for the wrong date-Not sure how I did it but I did 🙈 The host was amazing and offered us another accommodation (this one ) for the dates I needed. My little boy was going in for surgery and we needed somewhere to stay for at least the day for my other two children to sleep and eat as the travel was far and we needed to leave for the hospital at 5.30am. The host then offered us to stay the night before at no extra cost this made such a big difference, we were only 15mins away from the hospital and I am so thankful for their kindness. The host provided us with everything we needed such as travel cot and pram (nothing was to much trouble) making it easier for us to move about. The place was warm and clean. All 3 of my boys are on the autism spectrum and we knew it would be hard for them. These little things made a big difference however we did end up leaving late in the night on the last night as the boys weren't settling at all, this had nothing to do with accommodation but with routine and the things they need and rely on. It was a shame as it was such a nice place to stay in, the hosts were everything and I believe if the hosts are good then a stay will be good. Host were nothing short of amazing.

Everything was in order. There was nothing we didn't like.

The property is very nice, the only drawback was the distance to move to different places. but everything was fine.

We could not enter the apartment as we were given the wrong code

The initial book was for another apartment, but the host proposed two days before to move us to this apartment as the initial one had issues with the heating. However the initial apartment had people inside, situation felt strange and unreliable to us. We could not enter the apartment as we were given the wrong code and there was no backup phone available to contact 24h. Although the host apologized for the situation, and we appreciated that, we had to sleep in the car.

Great location , 20 mins walk into city centre or £6 approx in a taxi , and it’s in a safe quiet area . The house had everything you needed . It was so warm and snug . Great value for money . The host was great with communication .

It was clean

The fire alarms went off in the house for no reason. Gave us a heart attack. Owner hasn't even checked we were still ok..
