We had a great time staying at the townhouse. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby so we didn't had to go far considering we have a small baby. We will definitely stay here again

The property was great location and allowed us to visit multiple restaurants and shops with a quick walk from the house. The room was very clean and the bathrooms are very clean. Didn’t use the kitchen, but it was nice as well. Manager was very accommodating with a special request and great overall.

Excellent location, Incredibly Clean Home, Super Well Stocked Kitchen, Very Attentive Hosts. Loved the modern construction/design of home & the fact that it is a free standing building with an outdoor seating area and gated parking. The location was perfect to all the things on 1st Ave & Congress Ave. If you are a "walker", you can easily walk to everything, including the River Trail and Downtown. This was a perfect place for us along with our dog Lily to spend a month exploring Austin and surrounding towns. Would highly recommend!

This VRBO was just as advertised and more. The location is perfect for walking to S.1st Street where you can find tons of places to eat, drink and buy items to take back to the unit. The kitchen was great. Often a rental's kitchen has little to nothing in terms of coffee, spices, oil glassware, plates, utensils, etc. This was the antithesis of that - so well stocked and nothing was broken or chipped. Lots of towels. Ceiling fans for the hot Austin Summer to go with the AC. You're very close to S 1st but it is super quiet. Directions to the unit were easy to follow and the parking pad accomodates two cars. We would stay here again.

My son and I stayed here during his orientation for UT Austin. Only 10 minutes to campus and walking distance to numerous great restaurants, the house couldn’t have been in a better location for us. The property was spotless and the owner was very easy to reach through text. We would definitely stay here again

Great weekend getaway despite the heat . House was clean and great location

We spent 3 days in Austin to attend a graduation. This home has a great location close to restaurants , shopping and entertainment. The house was super clean and well stocked. The check in was super easy. We enjoyed our stay. My one suggestion is a more comfortable couch, otherwise it’s perfect!

BEST property ever! This unit has everything and more you could possibly need. Plus it was super clean, beds were amazing, furniture was comfortable, decor was nice, kitchen was well stocked, area was quiet, house was adorable, parking spaces were super convenient, outdoor table and chairs were relaxing, and we could safely walk everywhere. I will definitely stay here again.

great place to stay for the high school state track meet. Clean with everything needed. Great host Would do it again!
