Il s'agit d'une maison d'angle à deux étages située à l'adresse de Jalan 6/42, Taman Sejahtera, au large de Jalan Kuching, 51200 KL.
Un terrain de 3000pc avec un petit jardin et un porche pouvant accueillir 4 voitures. La surface habitable totale de la porte est de 1800 pieds carrés.
Cette maison convient aux voyageurs hors des États avec leur propre véhicule, car cet endroit n'est pas bien desservi par notre système de transports en commun.
L'intérieur:
Le rez-de-chaussée se compose d'un salon, d'une salle à manger avec une table pour 6 personnes, d'une cuisine étendue, d'une salle de bains et d'une chambre équipée d'un lit à deux étages. Cette chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur mural uniquement.
Le premier étage:
Il se compose de 3 autres chambres + 2 bains
1 chambre principale (lit queen) avec salle de bain attenante,
1 chambre avec lit queen-size et 1 chambre double avec lits simples, plus des toilettes séparées.
Toutes les chambres du 1er étage sont climatisées et équipées d'un ventilateur de plafond.
Services à proximité:
BREM MALL est à seulement 10 minutes à pied.
PWTC, KLCC Convention Center sont à environ 10 km
Les restaurants célèbres sont à une courte distance en voiture.
REMARQUE: un dépôt de garantie remboursable de RM200 sera prélevé lors de l'enregistrement. Le dépôt sera remboursé dans les 48 heures suivant le départ, à condition qu'aucun dommage ne soit fait ou qu'aucun article manquant ne soit signalé.

My family had a wonderful time staying here especially so when it was just minutes away from my son's graduation hall. The host, Mr. Zee, was very friendly and accommodating. We'll certainly would come back to this great place and won't hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

The Host is a gentlemen, he was very adjustable, even we late check in also he was waiting for us.

The location was near to the main road and some shops at walkable distance.

Had an absolutely fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend this property. The owner bent over backwards to accommodate us and went out of his way to ensure everything we needed was there.
The property is very large and can easily accommodate the number of guests as quoted. We found the surrounding area to be clean, safe and quiet.
All rooms come with air conditioning and basic facilities like Wifi (suitable for checking emails etc) and limited satellite television were also provided. As we were out most of the time we made no use of the kitchen (again, massive).
We certainly won't be booking a hotel on our next trip to Malaysia and hope to stay here again (and again, and again!).
Absolutely no hesitation in recommending. Outstanding value for money.

Very good place to stay at KL. I felt better than city stay as all places were 10KM away which took only within 20 RM by taxi. The comfort in the apartment was good and homely for a family stay. The host Heng is an excellent man by himself who helped us a lot from day I till the end. He guided us the route, taxi and shopping....nice experience...

The house was very spacious as advertised and we were able to fit 3 cars in the parking space. The rooms were clean and tidy when we checked-in.
Suggestions for improvements:
1. Having an air-con in the bottom room would be better.
2. The water speed in the 1st floor shower was slow. Thus, it took awhile when showering. Having a faster speed would be nice.
The location of the house was also nice as it is away from the noisy city area. It is a quiet area as well.
Overall, my family and I had an enjoyable time.

Stayed here to attend an event at KLCC. Very big, spacious and clean. Comfortably fit us 9 girls in

Location is convenient for guests with own car for transport. Minor issue with the bathroom door hinge that can't close fully. Just some suggestions, change to white lights (instead of yellow) at the dressing table in master bedroom because it will be easier to put on makeup with white lights. Wifi facility would be an added bonus.
Overall, very satisfied during our stay here! Price is very worth the stay. Will surely choose to come back and stay here during my next trip with big group of friends :) thank you for a wonderful experience Mr Heng!
