Amazing Hotel with everything in the room controlled by pressing a few buttons. Breakfasts were super delicious, everything was very fresh and really tasty. We ate out at the Japanese and Italian restaurants - Tomo & Solo, both well worth visiting. Raffles Salon was a great place too, totally fresh ingredients and really delicious. Lovely staff. The pool was great, I was escorted to the sun beds and had parasols arranged around my sun bed. Staff were attentive and drinks were lovely too. We had access to the Raffles Club Lounge where we were very well looked after by Fahim. He looked after us so well. Hazel in Reception was amazing too when I had to return to sort out the billing. All in all a wonderful stay. Look forward to visiting again very soon

Big rooms, great service, luxurious amenities, very nice breakfast, conveniently connected to wafi mall. Highly recommended

The breakfast staff was not pleasant, i think they were indian and we being indian they did not give us proper respect. we found them being really kind towards other when compare to us. I will not vist again based on the behavior. We felt humiliated.

Room size, accessible to mall and clean

Noice is until after 1 pm and when i asked they inform that there is renovations is going on hotel. Cleaning staff are too noisy talking between rooms and too harsh when cleaning the room above you or next to you by hitting the cleaning materials used to the gound hard or doors. I called already the reception when this two incident happens. One is solved by transferring me to other room but other is not. I think there is no noice cancellation in this hotel so for the light sleepers people i dont recommend this hotel
