Location.

Rude staff that can't speak english and very bad room maintance. When I tried to dry my hair with air dryer it exploded in my hand (see pictures) and electricity went out. No apologies, no is everything all right (if I had no shoes on I would probably not be writing this). They took care of other rooms and their electricity before ours. When I demanded a refund: you need to speak to booking (the only sentence she knew in english). Also there has been complication with parking. We were notified in advanced that their parking was full, so we had to park in the other parking next to hotel. When we already found the mentioned parking we called her and asked her is this the parking they meant and after 10 minutes of bulgarian she managed to tell us in broken english we need to come to their hotel parking which was closed and told us we need to go back to the parking we came from. She was rude and annoyed since we came very late so I understand she was in bad mood, but their reception is supposed to be open 24/7 all night but of course there is nobody there during the night, you have to call them and expect annoyed and rude service. Anyway, those things happen, I understand, but they handeled these situations with such rude and mean attitude, I still cannot comprehend the audacity.

Cleanliness should really be better maintained. The bathrooms were dirty, the curtains filled with mold.

Very good value for money. The accomodation was cheap but of high quality and the room was clean. We payed as for cheap meal but ate as kings in nearby hotel where the boarding took place. The hotel staff was very helpful and willing to solve any problem.

We are very grateful to Daniella, the hotel manager, who was extremely kind to us, and helped us tremendously when she found the cell phone (we left there) and helped us call a taxi to get to the plane!!! The room was exactly as in the pictures. The location is excellent. The food and services exceeded our wishes.

The garden looks nice, the pool is nice and the cleaning team it was doing their job.

We had to eat to another 5star hotel, Imperial palace, and the food was awful. Bad taste, oily, cheap, the same every day, meat wasn't cook well really really bad. We needed to pay 20lev per day for parking because the hotel doesn't have free spots. If you look at it it doesn't look like a 4star hotel.
