bathroom flush was not working and the shower water from drain was not going down. no multipack to charge mobile.

Room is totally different from the description. No facilities were there with suffocating conditions. we have paid extra money for another room with less suffocation.
not happy with the room at all. want a refund also kindly change the description and facilitate. it is totally misleading.
