O atendimento foi excelente. A equipe é muito atenciosa e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. O quarto tem um tamanho bom e o banheiro é ótimo. A localização do hotel é muito boa.

Hotel muito bem localizado! Limpeza impecável e quartos bastante confortáveis! Café da manhã sem muitas opções mas atende perfeitamente as necessidades. Recomendo!!

The hotel located just a minute away from the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The room was really warm and spacious, with everything you need.
We got the room closest to the reception and it was simply impossible to sleep. I heard every person talking to the receptionist, I heard people going up and down the stairs, like they are all in my room. Even when I asked the woman at the reception to talk a little quieter, she spoke like this for 2-3 min and then continued to talk even louder than before.
Also it is not really comfortable that you can only get hot drinking water and then wait for it to cool down.

Great central location with restaurants and souvenir shops a short walk away. Room was relatively spacious so you could open two suitcases without obstructing the walkway too much. Wifi is secured and the staff greet you enthusiastically every time you leave and enter the hotel.
There were no coffee/tea facilities or kettle for boiling hot water in the room. One staff at the breakfast counter was really particular whether we sat at a table set up for three when we were only two. If you shower in the wee hours of the morning, it will take more than 20 mins for the water to get hot.

A pretty and modern hotel right in the centre of El Calafate, near all the shops and restaurants. Everyone at the reception was helpful. The hotel was nicely decorated and it had very good heating.
The breakfast was nothing special, but fair.

The location is very central and makes it easy to go for a bite outside in the center of Calafate. The room is what you would expect but comes with a nice bathroom and has the facilities you might need. Staff was very friendly.
My room was a bit further from the desk and therefore had bad-average WiFi (1-2 of 3 stripes). The breakfast wasn’t really special, I guess that’s maybe an Argentinian thing (also noticed this in my stay in BA).

Bang in the centre. Next to the main road. Very convenient if you want to be picked up for tours and chill out in the town in the evenings. Staff is very pleasant and helpful
The rooms are not sound proof I could hear people talk in the next room loud and clear. I stayed peak summer and missed having AC in the room. The WiFi reception was patchy in the room. Finally the breakfast is bleak
