It's in the center, cheap, helpfull staff, small restaurant is a part of hotel, you can talk to the Neighbors in the next room without opening doors

Well, cheap hotel, no accustic isolation so you can hear literaly everything, had just lukewarm shower

Location was good for walking everywhere, room was a good size, price was fair for what it was.

Consistent with the price it was dated, and there were a few minor annoyances like the sink being mostly but not entirely blocked. It was loud at night, but that's unavoidable given the location.

Very close to the Zocala and the room was large. The roof top area was nice with a great view.

No hot water in the shower and shower head needed to be replaced as hardly any water came out. Bed was pretty uncomfortable but I guess for the price, that’s to be expected.

Great location, felt very safe and comfortable beds. The hotel is quite dated and bathrooms could probably do with an update, but it was a clean, comfortable and quiet place to rest your head after a long day of exploring the city.

The staff was great and the COVID-19 precautions were very good. The room was comfortable and met our needs. Not enough can be said about the location, right in the heart of town and close to everything. WiFi worked great the whole stay. Water and a coffee machine were provided in the room.

The heat pump was noisy and sounded like it needed some repair. There was a bar across the street from our room that was extremely noisy all night. The code for the safe was not given at first, come to find out the maid has it, which doesn't seem safe, but thankfully we had no issue.

It was so close to 20 de Noviembre and everything I wanted to go to. Walking out the door there was a panaderia with some amazing churros and pan dulce every night and early in the morning 💖.

Fantastic hotel, located in the center of Oaxaca. Close to many bars and restaurants. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff is very communicative and really nice. They answered any question I had and were very helpful. I loved this place !!! will come back for sure when I am back to Oaxaca.

Location was amazing, a few steps from everything, the mercados, the zócalo. The beds were really comfy and amenities were great.

The shower could use at least a shower curtain, everytime I would take a shower it will be a complete mess, lots of water outside the shower area, and it made it super unpleasant to use it after a shower

The staff, they were very welcoming and very helpful, always keeping things clean and sanitised. Super safe and very close to the Mercados and Zocalo

Just needs a little bit of an upgrade in the room's bathroom, however the staff is amazing!

This place is only a 3 to 5 minute walk to city center. The location is great if your wanting to take a walk or if you are more into street shopping, vendors are close by. Both girls in the front desk are really friendly.

My pillow sham was dirty. They could do better when it comes to the sheets and pillow sham. When you take a shower, water splatters everywhere. They should really invest into sliding glass door.
