Location was great, very close to Rod Laver Arena and a comfortable walk to city -

Nothing everything was most satisfactory

The staff were great, meticulously clean room! Complimentary soft drink, water & pod coffee.

Nothing to fault

I liked the fact it had everything you need for cooking etc and if you wanted a extended stay

I didn’t like the pillows have stayed there twice and they need to update them they are lumpy and not comfortable

Pillows were not on the best condition as they seem to need updating

I was very disappointed in the parking facilities. We made a special request for parking that was offered when booking on line. I had a response email and phone call advising that there was a car park available. On arrival I was told there was an error on the hotels part and this was no longer available. I was then told to drive to the pullman and park there. This was also full and then told to go 850 metres further and use public parking. The cost for this was over $70.00. This experience was extremely stressful and inconvenient, especially when the spot was booked, the hotel should have advised prior to our stay
