Near the beach near metro and mall
Very out dated the showers do not get warm. Maintenance man came and checked and you have to wait 10 minutes for your shower to get warm. And he said that is good enough, but it isn’t.

The staff was rather non customer friendly. I asked to check in earlier which was not possible at all. Then I asked if I could work from the restaurant, I was told at the reception I can only do it of I order food or breakfast. I was schocked!
Then the A/C did not work in the room so they had to send a technician. Every day something broke in the room and one night the lights kept going off and on. It really felt like the technician did something on purpose. Also, nothing is focused on the guest. They focus on processes. I went to the pool and then they told me to go down basically back one level to take towels because this is the process. Also, when I wanted to drink somethink by the hotel's pool, I was told I have to pay on spot, cannot be added to the room because this is the process.
When I asked for extra towel, I was told the regulation is one towel per guest. Why? For what purpose?
The guests should be in focus and not the processes. These processes are all broken!

The view on the marina was perfect. We had trouble with the air conditioning in the room (to cold) and the only solution provided was to turn of the air conditioning which resulted in no ventilation of the room. The breakfast was not good at all. It was hard to find something realy good to eat and drink. The hotel was expensive for the service we got.
Breakfast was terrible. The Captain's bar was very strange and very very noisy. I would never recommend this hotel because the value for money isn't correct. The swimming pool was closed for 2 days 30/12 and 31/12 because of the preparation of the New Years banquet but this was never mentioned on the booking site. We had to go to the beach to sit in the sun and pay additional for the provided sunbeds. The shuttle to the beach didn't go on Sundays.

Staff was accommodating and helpful from the time we checked in and out. We're lucky enough as our rooms has been upgraded! Special thanks to Ms. Krisiane of reception and Jensen at resto. Your service is appreciated.

В здании отеля есть ночной клуб и английский паб, там проводятся концерты - очень понравились. Но заселяться на нижние этажи не рекомендую - будет шумно до 2-3х часов ночи.

Чисто, уютно, современный дизайн. Персонал очень приветливый, вопросы решает быстро. Часто останавливаемся в этом отеле, т.к. очень удобное местоположение - все рядом: и пляж, и марина, и магазины, и метро. Такси всегда помогают вызвать консьержи. Нам апгрейдили обычный номер до сьюта два раза - такие были приятные сюрпризы:)
Завтраки несколько однообразные и выбор небольшой.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and welcoming staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and even gave me a free upgrade to a higher room. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the stay in the hotel. The receptionist Fatima & Kate help me a lot upon our stay also the Bellboy Kushal who assisted me with my luggage.

The things that are keeping me to stay in this hotel are the cleanliness of the rooms, good food, and especially the friendly staffs. I like the the treatment of the reception team especially Fatima and Joy 🤩 I would also recommend Kushal for his help.
