The room was immaculate, very comfortable, nice array of pillows labeled soft & firm, (nice touch). Bathroom had nice clean soap & shampoo dispensers mounted in the shower. Brutally hot outside, when I walked into the room, it was refreshingly cool. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Very well managed property.

Nothing. It was closed. Hit by lightning and burned day before our arrival.
I was never contacted about closure and had to hunt for another place to stay. Booking.com told me they would contact me in half an hour with a place to stay. Never heard from them.

We were evacuated at 3 am, due to a fire. Since then no one from the hotel or Booking.com has reached out to us to see if we are safe or if they could do anything for us.

Hotel did not offer breakfast but IHOP was within a short distance.
There was nothing to not like. We stayed just one night before a cruise out of Galveston. Room was clean and updated and had an elevator for the second floor.

The Red Roof Inn was very good value. The location and the quiet. Fresh towels daily and tidied our bed without asking.

It was affordable and not far from the cruise port.
The front desk representative gave me a key to someone else's room. Luckily, when I walked in, no one was there, but their clothes and bags were very visible. There was a guy roaming the premises. Not bothering anyone but he clearly didn't have a room there

Early check-in was allowed. Our trip was during Lone Star Rally, we had both the vehicle and motorcycle. We were allowed to leave the vehicle parked after checkout for a couple of hours while we went back to the Strand. It was much appreciated!!!

Didnt eat breakfast so not sure about that. But, the rooms were clean as always and the beds are comfortable. Nice roomie tub to enjoy and nice hot bath. Water was nice and HOTT
