There are 2 bathrooms which is convenient. The hot water is superb. Staff is friendly.

The location of hotel quite difficult to find. The room is too dark.

the property is so clean and well maintained. it is near and walkable to pavilion and lalaport. took me about 10 minutes to get to pavilion. the room is kinda large for 2 people. everything is superb and worth the money! it's not an ordinary room because it has theme and i got outer space theme! very comfortable and nice. but the property doesn't provide any hook in the bathroom to hang our clothes :( it's kinda a hustle for me. but for couple, it is a safe place to stay even the place quiet is dark and scary.

the place is so quiet and kinda scary. hard to find at first because it's niche and the maps was giving the confusing route :( but after all everything is good!

Not much. Maybe the structure of our room.

The door latch to our room was broken, so it did not feel very secured. The lamp's socket was broken as well, making it also dangerous. We were shifted to another room on our first night because of these issues until repairs the next day. However, only the lamp's socket was repaired and the door latch remained broken until the very end of our stay. We still had to keep pur original room. The carpet was also very dusty, and we saw collected clumbs of dusts here and there. The water pressure for the toilet and shower was not good. At times, we would also not get any hot water and had to take cold showers. One of the toilets was also clogged and we had to wait two days to get it cleaned. We also did not have toiletries during our stay until we asked for them. There was also a leek behind the sink, and water would be everywhere on the bathroom's floor. Finally, the night before our check-out, they finally sent someone to clean our room. We asked for them to remove the trash can, as well as two trash bags. However, to our complete astonishment and bafflement, when we came back to our room at night, our key no longer worked. We had to go back to the reception to get it reactivated as they thought we checked-out that day when we did not contact them for anything as such (also, they could have double-checked their system for the dates before deactivating our key-card). Furthermore, when entering our room, we discovered that our suitcases had disappeared. We immediately called the reception, and the lad told us that he had no idea and that he would contact the cleaning services. When we reached reception, he told us to wait as I was trying to get answers to where were our suitcases. It turned out that the man whom had cleaned our room had mistakenly thought that out suitcases were trash bags to be thrown out, so he took them without asking.

Poor lighting in room very dull. Only 2 tv channels. Bathroom lighting also poor.

The kids love the Herbie Car bedframe. It is definitely something different than other hotels for sure. So they find it new and fresh! Apart from that, the food part bout this room is ... It comes with a bath tub that is big enough for two. So it's rather a bonus for us. According to the check in counter officer not all rooms has bathtub. Location is also another part that worth to give thumbs up. It's located in the town center itself where Times Square and Lalaport mall is just 10 minutes walk away. Over all it's a memorable stay for us together with Herbie the car 🤭🤭

When it comes to this topic it's rather sensitive but I just have to voice out. Parking is not provided by the hotel. This is bad because we have to look for parking on busy road so it's not easy. Just on the look out, if you lucky around the corner you will get parking. Basically all the staff are friendly it's just that we will have communication problem as some of them are foreigners thus they can't speak and convey their msg to us properly either in English nor Malay. So it's quite a headache this part. This hotel is not able to add on any mattress or bed or whatsoever. It's just a simple hotel with nice theme that's about it. So if u want to go for theme hotel which differs from other places yes you should check out.
