Nice location.
The room didn't have an air conditioning. And when the window is open you could here the restaurant visitors talking till the restaurant closes.
Same with the early morning preps for opening the restaurant.

Good location. Spacious rooms.
Did not have an air conditioning, which was a big issue as the weather was very hot. Was not able to get good sleep as a result. The floor in the room was not very clean and also there was hair in the bathroom cubicle on arrival.
Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice and cozy place close to Vitosha mountain. Great views, clean air, quiet atmosphere. Hotel has own parking. Owner and staff was very friendly. Best wishes from Ukraine!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was very powerful and hot. We also used the sauna which was spotlessly clean and very relaxing.

A very nice and perfectly clean hotel with lovely owner and staff. we really enjoyed our stay.
Our non smoker room smelled very much like a smokers lounge, which was not even getting better with often opened windows in winter. That’s why we did not give the full points.

The worse place I have been stayed with very rough respect from manager.
The room was very small under the roof. They don't have air conditioning and the heating didn't work at the and of octomber. The room had a problem with electricity.

The room was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There is a restaurant right outside the front door of the hotel so getting meals was easy. The manager, Krasimir, was very friendly and helpful, and made my stay even more welcoming. I was there while doing a medical procedure and I could not have asked for a more peaceful place to recover in.

Absolutely everything was great for the price.
Only downfall is the beds for me were a bit hard.
The guy there Krassi was a diamond and for the price I paid having a steam room opposite my room was a shock.
